Data insight Services Advantage Analytics We measure it so you can manage it Advantage Analytics is a cloud-based platform that provides you with business-critical insights into your utilities: how much you’re using, when you’re using it and how much it’s costing you.

The platform graphically visualises the data it collects from your utility meters. As well as electricity, gas and water, Advantage Analytics can also collect data on steam, compressed air, photovoltaic power and any other utility you are using. This allows you to translate complex information into actionable insights, such as changing your capacity limit (kVA), setting usage alarms and shifting your usage to times when purchasing is cheapest.

Usage Monitoring and reporting We can provide daily, monthly and yearly reports on your utility consumption and costs, helping you to identify cost saving improvements and spot anomalies.

Energy saving quantification If your utility bills seem unusually high, we can undertake work that reveals usage that may otherwise remain hidden on general audits.

Bureau Services Invoice validation Invoice Validation is where we review all your bills to check that you have been charged the correct amount for your usage. If there is a discrepancy between what you’re being asked to pay and how much you’ve used, we will investigate this on your behalf.

We can review historic and upcoming bills against their usage, contractual rates, tariffs and additional agreements to assess if you have been billed correctly.

If we identify discrepancies, we will approach the supplier and acquire a rebate.

Regulatory compliance The energy legislation landscape is constantly changing, and companies can often be asked to undertake extensive groundwork to meet the compliance criteria.
