Arthur has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry in South Florida. He has been with Hedrick since 2016 and has worked on a variety of projects, including aerospace, country clubs, office spaces, and educational institutions. Earlier in his career, he specialized in high-end tenant build-outs for luxury brands such as Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Art is a mentor with the Forest Hills Community High School’s Engineering Academy in West Palm Beach. He holds a State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC) University certification, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and safety in the construction industry.

As Chief Estimator, Ryan is responsible for managing all aspects of preconstruction including, but not limited to, estimating, procurement, scheduling, logistics, constructability reviews, prequalification of subcontractors, bid management, value engineering analysis, cost model reporting, and permit tracking.

Ryan has 18 years of construction industry experience. He is an expert in providing cost estimating management for projects with challenging logistical constraints. Ryan’s diverse background includes government, office, retail, hospitality, and many complex projects. Ryan has a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality projects.
