Aims of the Programme NPQSL gives participants all of the essential knowledge, skills and concepts that underpin successful senior leadership. Participants will cover key learning across: School culture, teaching, curriculum and assessment, behaviour, additional and special educational needs and disabilities, professional development, organisational management, implementation, working in partnership, governance and accountability. Target Audience School leaders who are, or are aspiring to be, a senior leader with cross-school responsibilities. An experienced middle leader, a recent Deputy Headteacher, an Assistant Headteacher, and other senior staff.
Developing Leadership Impact (For Participants) Strengthen your ability to lead others effectively, using practical approaches that translate directly into day-to-day school leadership. Deepen your understanding of how schools improve, with a focus on using research and evidence to inform your actions.
