Aims of the Programme NPQSENCO equips participants to: Foster an inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed. Identify needs and lead effective SEND provision. Strengthen inclusive teaching and curriculum practices. Lead SEND provision and the SENCO role with confidence. Shape and implement SEND policy and strategy. Target Audience Special educational needs coordinators (SENCOs) or teachers and leaders interested in developing expertise in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or undertaking a SENCO role in the future.
