NPQSENCO equips participants to:
Foster an inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed
Identify needs and lead effective SEND provision. Strengthen inclusive teaching and curriculum practices
Lead SEND provision and the SENCO role with confidence.
Shape and implement SEND policy and strategy
Target Audience
Special educational needs coordinators (SENCOs) or teachers and leaders interested in developing expertise in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or undertaking a SENCO role in the future

Since 2016, we have taken over 4000 participants through various iterations of the NPQs.
We are based in Dubai and have a team dedicated to the running and delivery of the NPQs
All our facilitators and guest speakers are practicing senior leaders in GCC schools. They have extensive knowledge and experience, enabling them to contextualise the programme content effectively, thus enriching the face-to-face experience for participants
Our delivery model is fully blended and offers face-to-face days at all levels, either virtually or in-school.
An in-school implementation project remains an integral part of our delivery model, ensuring all stakeholders (participants, colleagues, students and the school as a whole) really benefit from the programme.
In partnership with The University of Birmingham Dubai, your NPQ with Infinite Learning can earn you up to 60 MA credits towards a 180-credit MA in Education. This allows you to complete your Masters in a shorter timeframe and only pay for the remaining university credits Masters Credits
