Aims of the Programme NPQLT develops the essential knowledge, skills, and concepts for leading teaching effectively. Participants cover key areas including: Teaching , school culture , how pupils learn, curriculum, classroom practice, adaptive teaching, assessment, professional development and implementation. Target Audience Teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading teaching in a subject, year group, key stage or phase.
