Aims of the Programme NPQLBC develops the essential knowledge, skills, and concepts for leading school culture and behaviour. Participants explore key learning across: Teaching, school culture, behaviour conditions, complex behaviour needs, professional development and implementation. Target Audience Designed for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school.
