Aims of the Programme NPQEYL outlines the knowledge, skills, and behaviours developed through the NPQEYL framework, covering key areas including: Culture, child development, curriculum and assessment, SEND , professional development, organisational management, implementation and partnerships. Target Audience This is the first NPQ that is designed specifically for current or aspiring leaders of early years education, in any setting. Teacher and leaders working in the EYFS sector in schools, managers of private, voluntary and independent nurseries, childminders with leadership responsibilities.

Strengthen your ability to lead others effectively, using practical approaches that translate directly into day-to-day school leadership. Deepen your understanding of how schools improve, with a focus on using research and evidence to inform your actions.
