Aims of the Programme NPQEL equips participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and concepts for successful executive leadership within a collaborative, professionally challenging and open learning environment. Participants cover key learning across: Trust culture, teaching, curriculum and assessment, behaviour, SEND, professional development, organisational management, implementation, partnerships, governance and accountability. Target Audience School leaders who are, or are aspiring to be, an executive headteacher or have a school trust CEO role with responsibility for leading several schools.

Developing Leadership Impact (For Participants) Strengthen your ability to lead others effectively, using practical approaches that translate directly into day-to-day school leadership. Deepen your understanding of how schools improve, with a focus on using research and evidence to inform your actions.
