» Infinite Rapid Response NEW for summer 2024!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Rapid Response Service!

Experience unparalleled peace of mind for both personal and property safety with cutting-edge protection via our new Security Dispatch App.

Why use the app?

If you’re self-monitoring your premises, the police are often unable to dispatch officers quickly due to their current resource challenges, even if you’re paying for a URN (Unique Reference Number) service. Also, if you’re unable to attend yourself due to being on holiday or otherwise engaged, with the press of a button you can request the presence of a security officer.

Ensuring quality

Infinite Rapid Response is focused on creating the fastest response time so that officers can prevent or reduce the impact of crime but also, with the power of technology, ensures that the officer attending carries out a high-quality site inspection.

Officers carry out a detailed report (including images) whilst on site, which is issued instantly upon completion, and alongside our 24/7 control room, means that quality of each visit is positive.

All responders are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and will have their badges on display upon attending your premises.

The benefits of Infinite Rapid Response

• Affordable Rapid Response Service: Accessible and cost-effective.

• User-Friendly App: Available on both iPhone and Android.

• Immediate Assistance: Press the in-app panic button for instant help at your site, at home or out and about.

• Control Room Alerts: Our team is immediately notified of any incident activation and will contact you for verification. Can’t answer? No problem - our smart GPS navigation will locate your last known position and dispatch a responder.

• Live Tracking: Monitor your responder’s arrival in real-time.

• Nationwide Coverage: With over 2,500 responders across the UK, we can reach you within an average of 29 minutes.

• Smart Device Integration: Compatible with connected smart devices, including smartwatches.

• Patrol Scheduling: Request and schedule patrols for vacant sites or properties directly through the app.

• Infinite Keyholder Service: Available for added convenience and security.

*Terms & Conditions Apply.

Introducing Key Safe

We have partnered up with the Key Safe Company as part of our Rapid Response option. The Key Safe Company is the UK’s leading provider of secure key storage solutions, helping millions share secure property access since 1996.

» Case Study: Sneaton Castle

We’re so happy to feature Sneaton Castle, a valuable customer of ours. They’ve been so kind to share their story, read on to discover how the current owners came to be...

Their story

Unfortunately, not all the past has been quite so nice. In April 2001, our home Cross Butts farm fell victim to the terrible scourge of the countryside foot and mouth.

Cross Butts was the home of a herd of Holstein Pedigree Cattle. These were milked three times a day, every day with each cow averaging 11,000kg and the heifer 10,000kg of milk each. We had 51 excellent cows to the highest grade the Holstein Association can give when we lost them. We used embryo transplant for a number of years and sold individual animals to almost every County in the UK & Ireland and had twice exceeded £10,000gns for individual animals in public auction. These standards needed extreme dedication and

attention to detail over the years.

“When foot and mouth came, it was a massive shock. I lost my entire career, and I had an empty farm - I couldn’t handle it. If you think back to 20 years ago and what happened to farmers, it was hard for everyone.”

“Quite a few around here have diversified - although that’s not a word I like, as I think the industry should have been looked after better. But we are lucky with our location,

and we saw opportunities where we found our way around it”

In August 2003 we were granted planning permission to rebuild in the old stable and the adjoining courtyard. The Farmhouse dated 1691 and the stables were thought to be older still. Many Generations ago Cross Butts had been a Coaching Inn and the road had originally been on the other side of the house. The re-build took 12 months and a team of locally selected tradesmen. Their attention to detail and marvellous craft is displayed for all to see. We tried our very best not to cut corners and have kept the original character throughout wherever possible and are extremely proud with the end result.

Our dream to make Cross Butts a happy place to be, once again, is now complete.

Fast forward to 2018, never in our wildest imagination did we believe that one day we would have the opportunity to purchase Sneaton Castle and Priory….

The dawning of a new era

With the Sisters of the Holy Paraclete being in residence for over 100 years, the astounding Castle, Priory & Chapel stands in one of the most iconic buildings in the area.

One of the most spectacular features is the unbelievable Norman-Style Chapel which is fully licensed for all ceremonies. Having admired the craftsmanship and architecture from our previous neighbouring celebration venue, The Stables at Crossbutts, it was the most natural of progressions and simply an opportunity that could not be missed when it came on the market.

The greatest pleasure of all is that we

have continued and strengthened our friendship with the sisters. They understand and appreciate all that we are doing. We are also very aware of the life they lived and in many small ways we are maintaining the character and history of the building so that they will not be forgotten. This is very important to us.

“The castle is now a bustling venue for weddings, celebrations and it is an amazing weekend getaway for couples and families. We offer dining experiences for our hotel guests as well as accepting bookings in our newly refurbished ‘The Garden Room Bistro’, this includes an ever-changing menu to meet the seasonal delicacies surrounding the area.”

“Our dedicated and professional team, some of which have worked for our family for over 18 years, will extend a warm welcome to our guests and ensure that high standards of hospitality and attention

to detail are met.”

“We offer services for Christenings, Birthday Parties, Wedding Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Weddings, Retirements, Fundraising Balls, and the list goes on…”

At the castle you can stay in one of our 15 rooms, you can choose from a Cosy Double, Superior Double, or one of our luxurious Castle Suites designed to make your stay unforgettable”.

Now that our celebration venue, accommodation & Bistro are complete, we really do hope you enjoy your time with us.

The next chapter begins for Sneaton Castle, may you make your own history with us…

John, Sue, their children, Gemma, Daniel, Cheryl & their families.

» The History of Hatton Garden Safe Deposit Burglary

In April 2015 an underground safe deposit facility in Hatton Garden London was burgled. According to official sources, the total stolen had an estimated value of up to £14 million, of which only £4.3 million has been recovered.

The heist was planned and carried out by six elderly men who were experienced thieves. Four other men were also trailed on suspicion of involvement, three were found guilty and sent to prison, whilst the 4th was cleared.

The burglars worked through the four-day weekend of the Easter Bank Holiday, when many businesses around were closed. The police announced that the facility had been burgled on 7th April and, reports based on the CCTV footage showed that it started on the 2nd April. » Case Study: Grey Leys Farm

Grey Leys Farm is a family-run dairy farm based in Elvington, York, who milk 245 free-range pedigree Jersey Cows.

They were awarded best herd on inspection in both 2020 & 2021 in the Yorkshire Country Milk recorded herds competition.

The Shaw family have been farming at Grey Leys Farm since 1876, now the farm is in its fifth generation and David runs the farm with his wife, Anne, and daughter Helen. While David was at college he conducted work experience at a farm in Devon where he fell in love with Jersey Cows. He proceeded to buy 13 heifers from a sale in Totnes in 1968, he brought them back to Elvington and this was the start of the Greyleys herd. David and Anne have grown the herd together for over 50 years and they now have over 245 pedigree cows and over 170 youngstock, with many of the herd descending from the original 13.

Their award winning Jersey milk is sold to Longley Farm, Huddersfield, where it is used to make various products including butter, cream, yoghurt and cottage cheese. They also pasteurise their own milk which can be purchased directly through vending

“We met Infinite Fire and Security at The Great Yorkshire Show 2023, they demonstrated their products and gave us some leaflets. We were considering putting CCTV up at our farm for animal welfare and security reasons. A while later, we invited the team to come to the farm and they prepared a quote for us with options that would meet our requirements. The team
