Grab kits for industry CRAM have an extensive range of Grab Kits customised for industry that includes Steel, Mining, Abattoirs, Timber Mills and many more Options for the kits include

• Hydraulic / Pneumatic Fittings • Sizes -¼”, ½’ etc. Fittings- 45 degree – 90 degree elbows, tees, reducers, nipples etc. • Safety Kits for mining machines for example Russ drill rigs. • Hydraulic O’ring • Pre-set Pressure Reducing Valve

Hydraulic and Pneumatic valves are mechanical devices that are used to regulate the flow and give direction within a circuit or system. They can be used to completely close a line, to redirect pressurized fluid or to control the level of flow to a certain area. Designed in a wide range of styles, these valves can be controlled manually or automatically, by physical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical activation. Control valves must be capable of withstanding large amounts of pressure, as the nature of many hydraulic systems will entail high pressures upwards of 3,000 psi or more. For this reason, they are often constructed of steel, iron, or other metals that have enough strength to withstand continuous operation under pressurized conditions.

For more information on these product contacts us at: sales@cram.com.au

Types of Hydraulic Valves These valves are available in a wide variety of styles including many that are common to other types of valves, such as ball, butterfly, bypass relief, check, needle, diverter, regulating, pilotoperated, proportional and directional. From a broad perspective, these valves may be characterized as being of three primary types which are:

• Hydraulic Pressure Control Valves • Hydraulic Flow Control Valves • Hydraulic Directional Control Valves CRAM can support the industries with an extensive range of valves for different system applications. Our wide-ranging line of Hydraulic and Pneumatics valves are: Check valves, ball valves, flow and pressure controls, direction control valves (DCV), brake valves, proportional and servo valves.

Direct Operated Proportional Directional Control Valve Series D1FP / D3FP The new direct operated DFplus® control valves D1FP and D3FP are used for highest accuracy in positioning of hydraulic axis and controlling of pressure and velocity. So, it is the preferred choice for meeting with above features. Driven by the patented VCD® actuator, the D1FP / D3FP reaches the frequency response of real servo valves. At power-down the spool moves in a defined position.

Series D3FP Features

Series D1FP Features

• Defined spool positioning at power-down - optional P-A/B-T or P-B/A-T or center position (for overlapped spools)

• Real servovalve dynamics (-3 dB / 350 Hz at ±5 % input signal) • Max. recommended flow on = 90 LPM • Filtration requirements - ISO 4406; 18/16/13 • Max. tank pressure 350 bar (with external drain port y)
