CHAPEL Chapel is the central point of community for Indiana Wesleyan University. Students and faculty gather every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for corporate worship and spiritual development. It is time to deliberately celebrate the God who draws us together in order to better shape us into Christlikeness. Our chapel seats 3,800 People and all campus shuts down for chapel so that students are able to prioritize this time of fellowship. Speakers are invited from all over the world to help us grow in our faith – it’s an extension of the IWU education and a large part of spiritual growth.

RESIDENCE HALLS #1 residence halls in Indiana #8 in America (niche.com) Community is at the core of our commitments at IWU, and the residence hall experience is in some ways the ultimate realization of that commitment. Life in one of our intentional, Christ-centered residence hall communities can be one of the most powerful experiences of a student’s time here at IWU. We believe that living together with other people in community leaves us different and helps us grow in ways we cannot do on our own. We believe that faith and learning are communal activities—things we do together and need each other for. RES HALL AMENITIES They are all suite-style rooms, no community bathrooms. All offer free laundry. All have AC controlled from each room. Most offer workout rooms and chapels in the hall.
THE REC The Recreation and Wellness Center (REC) is IWU’s primary site for health education and fitness. One of the most popular spots in the RWC is the Intramural Activity Center (IAC), a large multipurpose area comprising three full-sized basketball courts. This area is available for basketball, indoor volleyball, badminton, ultimate Frisbee, and soccer. Above the IAC is an elevated walking and jogging track. The REC also offers a fitness room, a free-weight room, four racquetball courts, and an indoor climbing wall. There’s also the Luckey Arena, another full-size basketball court where varsity basketball and volleyball compete, as well as a sixlane, short course (25-yard) competitive swimming pool offering one-meter diving.

THE RECREATION AND WELLNESS CENTER
The Williams’ prayer chapel is a place for only prayer. All the academic buildings nearby are facing the Prayer Chapel. This place is unapologetically Christcentered. There are a lot of schools that are Christian in name, but not all of them live that out. My experience has been that we are authentic about our faith in the IWU community. The chapel was donated by Wilbur and Ardelia Williams. Ardelia Williams made all the stained glass herself and Wilbur used to be a Theology and Ministry professor.
Noggle is home to the School of Theology and Ministry, which includes 17 majors and 16 minors. Noggle is a great example of the intentional learning environments IWU has to offer. These various classrooms were designed by faculty who wanted to have better opportunities for hands-on learning, group work and to simulate real world experiences their students will encounter. Noggle includes classrooms that mimic cafes, youth centers and chapels. These intentional learning spaces are perfect settings for sermons, baptisms, funerals, weddings, etc.
PHILLIPPE PERFORMING ART CENTER The Phillippe Performing Arts Center, or PPAC, is home to a diverse series of performances for the enjoyment of our students, friends and neighbors. The PPAC features concerts by the IWU Music Division, plays by the IWU Theatre Guild and special visiting artists. Students from 7 majors and 2 minors find many of their classes here. We offer several ensembles for students of any major including:
IWU ORCHESTRA IWU CHORALE, UNIVERSITY SINGERS, WOMEN’S CHORUS JAZZ BAND OPERA THEATRE IWU WIND ENSEMBLE
