The annual Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU) tuition study confirms that member institutions continue to offer excellent value in comparison to other private four-year colleges. At IWU, out-of-pocket costs often equal or are comparable to public institutions, and tuition is $1,650 less per year than the average 2019-20 tuition of the six CCCU member institutions in Indiana.

Keeping an IWU Education Affordable Indiana Wesleyan University was founded in 1920 by The Wesleyan Church with the intended purpose to train up the next generation of leaders for the church and society.

A century later, more Wesleyan students are enrolled at IWU than any other institution of higher education. Our mission to develop students in character, scholarship, and leadership through a Christ-centered education remains true today.

IWU provides merit and need-based financial aid on top of federal and state funds that offset tuition. As a means of encouraging and supporting students desiring a Christcentered education, Indiana Wesleyan offers several aid opportunities specifically for Wesleyan students.

On average, Wesleyan students receive at least $5000 more in aid than non-Wesleyans.
