Roasted with care at our Fitzroy roastery, our blends are perfectly balanced and designed to be enjoyed with milk, and on their own. Choose from our signature house blend ‘Fitzroy Street’ or taste the season in a cup with our ‘Seasonal Espresso’.

Rose Street brings together three single origins from Brazil, Tanzania and Papua New Guinea. It’s a full-bodied and satisfying blend that is smooth, sweet and rich.

Winter is a sweet and chocolatey blend with delightful dried fruit notes and a soft acidity, offering a sense of cosiness and satisfaction in the cup.

Each season, we roast a new single origin for espresso, the perfect choice for your espresso or long black, or an exciting option paired with milk.

This is the fourth year we've sourced from Espigao Farm, in the mountainous Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil. The coffee has a luscious creamy body and a long sweet finish. Catuaí 2SL 1000 - 1200m natural

Each season we roast two unique single origins for filter, showcased as batch brew, alongside our Cold Brew Cans for a chilled filter experience.

Gahahe has become a staple in our sourcing program over the last four years, producing exquisite natural process coffees. This moreish cup has a beautiful velvety body and gentle acidity. Red Bourbon 1800m natural

Bourbon 1600 - 2000m washed

The coffee being produced by Ngororero station has been lauded worldwide for its superb quality and taste, and this lot does not disappoint with a crisp, malic acidity and wine-like body.

Heirloom Ethiopian 1750 - 2100m natural

Dari Kojuwa is a small village located in the Guji region of Ethiopia. This coffee is sourced through smallholder farmers from the village that are on average less than 10 hectares each.
