SITUATION:
The customer had a need for high quality mattresses in their facility. They were replacing old items and wanted something durable, comfortable, and easy to clean. They also needed this order to be a part of their FYE 23 budget so the product needed to be available by the end of June. Working with Stuart to understand the customer’s needs we then consulted with Paul from Cortech to confirm which item would check all their requirements.
RESULTS:
With the extra money the customer had to spend and Stuart’s relationships with the end user we were able to secure the order for the 150 new mattresses that they needed. With the order placed in March we easily made the customer’s timeframe to invoice.
