Ceri Wallace of Indulge Catering is an experienced chef and caterer, specialising in a wide range of cuisines.
Ceri began her career working at a luxury hotel in London, working across all areas of service. This allowed her to develop an appreciation of good customer service and presentation, along with the craft, artistry and attention to detail required to create the perfect dish.
Dinner Parties
You may decide to host a dinner party to celebrate an anniversary, engagement, a new arrival to the family, or simply to catch up with a few close friends. Cooking for a large group can be tricky, and if you take charge of the culinary duties yourself, you may find you spend more time in the kitchen than socialising with your guests! If you’re hosting a dinner party, Indulge Catering can help to ease the strain.
Christenings
Following the ceremony, friends and relatives are often invited for a meal to celebrate the new addition to God’s family. Ceri Wallace of Indulge Catering is experienced in meeting the requirements of christenings of all izes. She can prepare a tailor-made uffet and hot dishes can also be upplied should you require. Each dish ill be freshly prepared using the best cally-sourced ingredients.
Funerals
Following the memorial service, many families invite their close friends to a reception to celebrate the life of the loved one that has passed away. To make organising the reception easier during a difficult time, many families hire a caterer for the occasion.
