Located at the heart of Ironbound, we are glad to be the closest residential building of Newark Penn Station. Here, you won't need a car to be ready to go anywhere. Good restaurants, pharmacies, grocery store, banks and more! If you prefer to get a car, don't worry about it! You'll easily find a paid parking around us when your car will be safe during your stay.

Around 10:30 AM, a member of our team will arrive to clean and inspect the apartment. If you happen to still be inside the unit when this occurs, please rest assured that it's just a routine procedure.

We maintain a strict no-smoking policy. Your cooperation in respecting this rule is greatly appreciated. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500 fee. If you wish to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so outside the apartment. Additionally, please refrain from opening windows or tampering with smoke detectors. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against parties and the use of illegal substances on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. Furthermore, a $2,000 fee will be charged for any breaches of this policy We appreciate your compliance with these guidelines to ensure a enjoyable stay for all guests

For the security and comfort of all, only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment. If you need to add or change the number of guests on your reservation, please update your information through Airbnb. Your cooperation ensures a safe experience for everyone

Please respect our noise curfew after 10:00 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Avoid walking in high heels or running inside the apartment, as this may disturb others. Additionally, if anything breaks, please inform us immediately so we can address the issue. Delayed reporting may prevent us from rectifying the problem before the next guest's arrival Your cooperation is appreciated in maintaining a pleasant experience for everyone
We are pet lovers! Some units allowed pets, but we need to be prepared for that. If you have a pet and want to bring it into the unit, please let us know with antecedence. If you already checked in with your pet, you'll easily find everything you need under the sink in the kitchen. Please make sure to keep the apartment clean and take care of the furniture

The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV that can be connected to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and other apps. Simply use the remote control to power on the TV and access your desired content.
THERMOSTAT
You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat located in the living room wall. However, please try to keep the temperature between 68 to 78 degrees, and DON'T leave the A/C running when you leave the apartment. If you have questions about how to use the thermostat, please contact us and we‘ll assist you.
DISHWASHER
Please ensure that the dishwasher is fully loaded before starting a cycle. Dishwasher tablets can be found on the kitchen counter, while detergent pods are located in the kitchen sink cabinet for your convenience. Simply follow the instructions provided and enjoy the ease of cleaning your dishes during your stay.
PARKING
This unity does not have associated parking. Street parking is available, with paid metered parking on Ferry St at a rate of $2 per hour Parking is free from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all day on Sundays. Adjacent streets offer free parking as well, but please be mindful of no-parking signs and street cleaning schedules.

It takes under 30 minutes to get from the front door to Penn station--there are many places in NYC that take longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. We would highly recommend staying with Ruy and Maite, and look forward to doing so again ourselves
