Freight:
FOB Origin Contact Absocold for estimated freight cost. Estimated freight cost will be firm for (15) days. Estimated freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice or you may choose to ship with your own carrier with 3rd party billing on freight.
Delivery:
It shall be the ultimate consignee’s responsibility to inspect all product upon delivery. Any carton that is torn or disfigured shall be inspected and noted on the bill of lading prior to signing for acceptance. Claims of concealed product damage after (5) days of receipt will be denied by Absocold and shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
No returns for incorrect product ordered without prior authorization from Absocold. Return request must be requested within (30) days of delivery receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee. It shall be the customers responsibility to arrange for the product return and payment for all initial outbound and return freight cost. Any product found to be damaged will be refused and credit denied. It shall be the customers responsibility for pickup and filing of claim with the appropriate carrier for credit. PB-AR&SD-818
