What makes Cocoon Concept lighting unique?

Cocoon is focused on the design and development of well designed, beautiful, high quality crafted portable lights that offer versatility and portability at reasonable pricing.

What are your top 3-5 tips when it comes to using lighting to create ambience?

Lighting is quite personal and depends on the usage that you require.

1. In general, I like to recommend indirect lighting to avoid having the light glare directly in your eyes (even when you are using powerful spotlights; try to keep them pointed on the walls or ceiling).

2. Also, try to use dimmers. Either on the fixture itself, or as a switch on the main-power. This will allow greater flexibility to match your mood or needs.

3. Choose a constant light temperature colour. No matter if you prefer cold or warm tones, make sure that you are using a similar colour all around.
