Belle Dusseault Hambacher, was only 33 years old when she unexpectedly passed away due to an undiagnosed heart condition on December 23, 2016. She was a devoted MHA volunteer and donor from 2008-2015 and part of the MHA family. Belle understood the vital importance of reducing the stigma associated with mental health concerns. The lives she touched will be her legacy.

Two “Linking with Legislators” events Linking with Legislators is a new MHA-hosted event encouraging dialogue between constituents in Mecklenburg and Cabarrus Counties and their elected officials. Representative Carla D. Cunningham (D-Mecklenburg) and Senator Jeff Jackson (D-Mecklenburg) were our first two guests!
