FICQ president joins Samskruthi’s Vibrant Vishu celebration in Queensland

Dr. Preethi Suraj, president of the Federation of Indian Communities of Queensland (FICQ), took part in Samskruthi’s grand Vishu celebration on April 26, 2025, honouring Kerala’s cherished New Year traditions.

The event brought together the community with the auspicious Vishu Kani, lively cultural performances, and a traditional Vishu Sadya feast, reflecting the vibrancy of Malayalam heritage.
