India invites nominations for PM Yoga Awards 2025

The Ministry of AYUSH, India, has opened nominations for the Prime Minister’s Awards for Outstanding Contribution towards the Development and Promotion of Yoga (PM Yoga Awards) 2025. These awards recognize individuals and organizations worldwide that have played a significant role in promoting and developing yoga. The awards are divided into two categories: International Individual – Visionary Yoga Leaders and International Organization – Pioneering Institutions Advancing Yoga Globally. These categories aim to honor those who have made a lasting impact on the global yoga community.

Winners will receive a cash prize of ₹25 lakh, along with a trophy and a certificate, in recognition of their outstanding efforts in promoting yoga.

Nominations are open until March 31, 2025, and applications must be submitted online through the MyGov portal.
