Melbourne marks International Women’s Day with meditation session

A special session on Meditation, Mental Health, and Wellness was organized in Melbourne, recently to celebrate International Women’s Day. The event was organized by Consulate General of India, Melbourne, in association with Sanjha Club and Club 60 Tarneit, a community group for senior migrants, and focused on promoting mindfulness and emotional wellbeing.

The session featured Sister BK Rupa from Brahma Kumaris Australia, who spoke about the significance of mental wellbeing and mindfulness in daily life. She emphasized how inner peace can be achieved through self-awareness and guided the participants in a meditation session, helping them experience calmness and clarity.
