Violin & tabla mesmerize Melbourne at Hindustani Music Festival
The Melbourne International Festival of Hindustani Classical Music featured a spellbinding performance by violinist Ragini Shankar, accompanied by Pt Ramdas Palsule on tabla. The festival was organized by the Melbourne Hindustani Classical Music Society, recently with support from the Consulate General of India in Melbourne and the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Sydney.

Dr. Sushil Kumar, Consul General of India in Melbourne, attended the concert along with other esteemed guests. The festival, held on March 8-9, brought together multiple performances that showcased India’s rich classical music tradition, captivating Melbourne’s diverse audience.
