Brisbane hosts inaugural National Indian Film Festival of Australia

The first-ever National Indian Film Festival of Australia (NIIFA) was formally inaugurated in Brisbane by Consul General Neetu Bhagotia, recently. The event opened with the screening of the acclaimed film "Superboys of Malegaon."

Prior to the premiere, a panel discussion on India-Australia film co-production was held, bringing together industry professionals to explore opportunities for collaboration between the two countries. The festival aims to celebrate the vibrancy of Indian cinema and strengthen cultural ties between India and Australia through film and storytelling.
