India’s ‘Know India Programme’ returns: Applications open for diaspora youth

The Ministry of External Affairs of India has announced the 82nd edition of the Know India Programme (KIP), scheduled to take place from May 12 to 31, 2025. The initiative aims to connect young members of the Indian diaspora with India’s art, heritage, culture, economy, innovation, startups, science, and technology.

The programme is open to Indian diaspora members aged 21-35 years, offering them an immersive experience of contemporary India. It serves as a platform for participants to explore their ancestral roots while engaging with India’s rapid development across various sectors.
