Consulate partners with Brahma Kumaris and OM Ayurveda for Yoga Day curtain raiser

The Indian Consulate in Perth recently organised the fifth curtain raiser for International Day of Yoga 2025 on June 9, in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris Australia Perth and OM Ayurveda.

The program featured yoga demonstrations and meditation practices aimed at encouraging a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The event also highlighted the role of community organisations in spreading awareness of yoga's physical and mental health benefits.

The Consulate thanked all participants and partners and invited the wider community to join in upcoming events marking the global observance of yoga on June 21.
