Indian Classical Dance performance ‘Bhaavanjali’ enthralls Perth audience

Bhairavi Dance School staged Bhaavanjali, a classical Indian dance production, in Perth, recently. The performance combined traditional dance with storytelling, offering a cultural experience rooted in India’s performing arts heritage.



The program was conceptualised and directed by Sindhu Nair, founder of Bhairavi Dance School, who has played a key role in nurturing classical dance among youth in the region. Featuring local talent from the IndianAustralian community, the event included a sequence of classical dance pieces that conveyed emotions and stories drawn from Indian epics and mythology. The performances received praise for their precision and expressive depth.
