Ozindcareboastsahighlystructured, methodicalmannerofoperation,andthe consistencyofthecommitmentthatit exhibitshasgatheredmanysupportersover thepast20yearsofitsexistence.

LeslieBonney,afoundingmemberof theorganisation,satdownwithIndian U11ktowalkusthroughthejourneyofthe orgarusatlon.

"Ozindcarecameintoeffectfromthe realisationthatlifeisnotfair,"Bonney said."/\fewof uswantedtodosomething forthemanyhelplesspeoplethatwehave aroundus.Aswesharedourintentionwith others,werealisedthatthereweremany likemindedpeople.Peoplewerereadyto chipinanddotheirbit,buttheywanted areliable,commonplatform.\X/easked ourselves-whydon'twestartone?"

FundshavealsogonetoAbhavam(a lunchprogramforpoorschoolchildrenin Bangalore),Sharan(adrugrehabprogram inMumbai),NavjeevanCentreMumbaiand FoundationBangalore(financingtheirfree

middaymealforpoorchildren).

Arshad WarsiasRangeela is infull formaftera long timeand an absolute treatto watch. His entry withthefamous song, Kai raat Mata ka mujhe email aaya haiseemsa tadfrivolous,but hischaracterblossoms into awellroundedone, as hisstoryisunravelled. Humour, action andemotions, Arshad as Rangeela is alwaysin command andhastheaudienceonewithhim in empathy.

Ronit Roy as thepowerfuland corruptself-proclaimedmuscleman BilluPehalwan portrays hischaracter effortlessly withtherightdegreeof ruggedruthlessness.

Aditi Rao Hydari unfortunately pales in comparison to thesethreeactors. Sheisconvincing,butdoesnot rendera powerfulperformance.

Thefilm isjazzyandvibrant, but drags inparts,especiallythenumerous dances,whichareunwarranted.This makesthefilmseem like an unending collageofdance sequences, sans the emotionalquotient.Thelast actplays thepatrioticthemefullthrottleand getstheaudienceemotionally involved. Anybodywho remotelylovesdancingwill enjoythis one.
