Q1 : Tell us about Remit2lndia's instant money transfer facility and how does it stand out from other remittance services in Australia?
We have always believed in a customer-focused approach and a significantcustomer insightthatkept coming up was how stressful and inconvenientitis formostpeople to have to waitfor days to have theirmoneytransferred. While existing remittance services can take anywhere between 2to 3daystotransfermoney, with Remit2India's 24X7 instant service, transfersarealmostimmediate. So now your money getsdelivered fromAustralia to Indiawithin seconds. In facttransferring moneyis now fasterthan making a phone call to India!

Thereare many advantages ofusing Remit2India totransfermoneyto India as compared toother services. Besides transferrng moneyonline wthin seconds to all majorbanks in India, this service isavailable24X7,which means thatpeoplecan transfer money any time, irrespective ofdifferences in banking hoursorpublicholidays inAustralia and India. Q3: How secure is Remit2India's instant money transfer service?
Remit2India is partofTimesofMoney, which is a global leaderin online payments and remittances, providingvalue, convenience and most importantly, transparencyand securityto users. Securty oftransactions starts from the pointofinception, i.e. when the customer logs in to thesite ofremit2india and all data transfer is oversecure SSL. Regardless ofthe type ofproduct, i.e. instantorregulartransfer thetransactons are processed in a PCI v3.0 compliantsecure environment. Network security Is enforced with Network and Webapplication Firewalls, wth IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) and IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems). The application itselfis a 3-tierweb application, hosted on highly secure systems, segregated into DMZ (Demiitarized Zone)and MZ (Militarized Zone).
External VulnerabilityAssessmentand PenetrationTesting (VAPT) tests are conducted perodically, as are applicaton securitytests, to ensure that the latestthreatsignatures arerecognizedand blocked. Everydevice is redundant ensuring continuation ofsecure environmentin the event of device failures.
