This,coupledwid1relativelyimproved politicalstabilityinrecenttimes,has encouragedmultinationalbusinessessuch asApple,Samsung,Unilever,Toyota andCocaColatoinvestmoretocapture rbemiddleclasseconomicstrengdi rippedtoreachover$1 trillionby2030. Multinationalsarebeingincreasingly attractedtoPakistanwidireturnsof over 25percentbeinge.xpecredinthismarket.

ToTasmanian police, RespectedSir, I amanAustralian CitizenofIndiandescentholdinganOCI card.I ama parttimetaxidriverinHobart.Driving mytaxi,between4.30am and5am on25th March, 2017,threeboysassaultedmeinthe McDonald's premises inArgyleStreet,Hobart.
I wenttothetoiletofthe McDonald'sandwasgoingbacktomytaxivehicleto continuemyshift. Isawfourboysanda girlinsidetheMcDonald'sarguing with thestaff. Ididnotorder anyfoodastheywereharassingthestaff.I heard thestafftellingthemtheywouldbecallingcopsiftheydidnotleave. Whenthey werecomingout of thestore theysaw me.A boy wearing a black t-shirtcalledout,"Whyyoulookingatus, you blackIndian****." I said, uSorry, I amnot lookingat you mate."
Allofasudden,withno provocation,a boywearingawhite t-shirt andthe boywearinga hat punched.mecontinuously inthe face. I tried toblock them and triedto getinthestore.Theycontinuously hitmewhilewearing metal rings on their fingers. My facestartedbleedingfromthe right upper eyearea andmyjawwashitcontinuously bythem.
I tooktheirphotosbefore they left McDonald's. WhileI wastakingaphoto theyagaincame at me andhitme againandagain.I calledthe policefor helpassoonaspossibleandpolice officers attended.
I am attachingphotos of my conditiononattend.ing the emergency departmentat RoyalHobart Hospital. A police officer askedme if Iwillstand against themenwho assaultedme. I said I willstandtillmy last breath to makesure they willbepunishedunderAustralianlaw.
I hope theTasmanianpolicewillhelpmeandmakesure thesemen are chargedunderthe law. I am ready to come to court ifnecessary. Kindlydo the needfulto investigatethe case.

MuchofBajoria'stalkconcentrated ondissectingtheresponsesofdifferent insrinitions\Vithinthelegal,healthand socialspherestowardsrapevictimsin India. Bajoriaparticularlyillustrated how the2012Delbi gangrapecasereshaped thecollectiveattitudesofIndiansociety. She articulatedcharathreemonthprocess inreviewinglawsandinitiatingchanges waswelcomed,andwasakeyturning pointintheIndianlegislativesystem. Reformsincludedextendingthedefinition of rape,addingnewcategoriesofsexual assault,providingfreemedicaltreatment forvictimsandhavingpenaltiesforpolice andheald1professionalswhoneglectto adequatelyrespond.
However,Bajoriainsinuatedthatmany problemsandbarrierscontinuetoexistfor womenandrapevictims.

Thenightbeganat5:30pm,\virhstalls outsidethetheatrewhereguestscouldenjoy a epalesemealofmomosorbutterchicken andrice.Thereweregirlsgettingfreshhenna, stallswherepeoplecouldpurchasefairtrade productsandIndianartefacts,andonlookers enjoyedthetraditionaldrumperformance. However,repeatedboorishbehaviour andviolentassaultswipeoutallthese goodwillgesn1reswhileseriouslydamaging Indiareputationandthefateof theIndian diasporacontributingtothedevelopment of Africa.Sowhatcanbedonetoretrieve thispatheticsirnation?
First,thepolicemustcrackdownonall accusedof racialinsultsandviolenceto Africans.Athoroughinvestigation,afoolproofprosecutionandtoughpunishment istheprimaryresponsebytheauthorities. Andthat'snorenough;thepunishment mustbereportedbythemediaasa deterrent toallothers.
Second,inadditiontopacifying diplomatic statementsbytheExternal AffairsMinistry,otherministriesand
organisationsmustberopedi.ntolauncha ,5trongandaggressivepubliccampaignto promoteracialharmony.
Third,thePublicDiplomacydivision ofd1eMBAshouldlaunchacampaign to informandeducateIndiansn1dentsinhigh schools,universitiesandhigherinstitutesof learningabout Africaanditsimportanceto India. Africaisstillundiscoveredbyalmost allIndians. AlltheyknowaboutA£ricaare thecricketteamsfromSouth Africaand Zimbabwe!
Fom,inadditiontoofferinghigher education andmedicaltreatmentfor Africans,Indiashouldurgentlyestablish branchesofitsuniversitiesandspecialist hospitals,atJeastinease,west,central andSouthAfrica.Theseprojectshave languishedforlonginthepreliminarystages andnow d1etimehascometoimplement themurgentlytoreducetheflowof African studentsandpatientstoIndia.

Method
Meltthe butterandbeatit withsugar untilmixed.

Grease two pans evenlywith butter. Divide andpour the mixture equally in twopansandbakeinapre-heatedoven for 30-35minutes or untilatoothpick comes outclean.
