FormoseofusinAustralia,we haveavoidedlargescalerecessionin therecentpastduetoourabilityco sellresourcescoChina.Therewasa slowdowninChinainthelastcouple of years,butAustraliahasbeenable toweamerthescormwithaproperty, educationandtourismboom.The propertyboom,thoughconcentrated inonlycertainpartsofAustralia,has keptconsumerconfidencehighand this,coupledwicl1generallylowinterest rates,hasensuredlowtmemployment andsteadybusinessconfidence.Wages arelargelystagnant,butwithlow inflation,thisstagnationhasreallynot impactedtheeconomy.

TheocherheadwindisthatTrump's policieswillputpressureontheUS FederalBanktotightentheirpurse stringsandincreasetheirinterestrates, whichwillbea.namerreasonforthecost of borrowingforourbankscogoup. lfinterestracesincreaseinAustralia, iccouldputapauseonthestrong growthofpropertyvalueshere.The robustincreasewhichpropertyowners andinvestorshaveseeninthelast4-5 yearsmaycomecoagentlehalt.This doesalJownewmigrantstotakestock andbuysensiblyratherman in apanic.
