EachcoUegeneededateamoftwo tOparticipateintheinter-collegedebate competitions.Oneparticipantspoke'for' thetopicoftl1edebateandtheother spoke'against' it.Therewasacompetition the foUowingweekinanearbycity,and thedebateteamwereindireneedofa substitutedebater.SoIwasgiventhegreen light.Untried.Untested.

speak.Hehadd1eaudiencecaptivatedwith hisperformance. 1wentafterhim.And thistimetbeapplauseformewasequally deafening.Wewoncbecompetitionand wentontorepresentGNDUatthenational level.
