BUILDING THE BASE
Over the coming months, the ICYCC crew will be going through a series of training and development classes that will focus on important aspects of your member experience and service. The Membership Committee and I are excited about the areas identified and we are thankful for the handful of members who have graciously accepted to be keynote speakers for us. These speakers will encourage the crew on how important each person is to the success of the club and how the club can help them achieve personal goals.
Thank you in advance to these members, as well as the staff for focusing on our best foot forward and building the base as we go into fall and winter months.
