FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT KIDS’ NIGHT OUT Ages 4-12 $15/$30

Are you looking for something fun to do on a Friday night with your Y friends? Kids Night Out is your answer! Kids, ages 4-12, are invited to come to the Y for night of fun. Activities include a movie, games, and crafts. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required 48 hours in advance.

At the Y, we provide a safe, affordable and fun day camp for youth and teens in grades K-8.

YMCA Summer Camp offers kids a chance to have fun while building a healthy spirit, mind and body. Campers will enjoy a summer full of water fun, weekly field trips, sports, outdoor exploration, arts and crafts and more.

FOR HEALTHY LIVING NEW MORRIS HOSPITAL/ YMCA EDUCATION SEMINARS A collaborative effort with Morris Hospital and the YMCA, these education seminars will help increase knowledge and essential skills in a variety of health-related subjects. Topics will include from mental health, exercise and fitness, osteoporosis, and more.

Learn the basics of safe and correct kettlebell training in a one-day skills clinic.

This clinic challenges both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with a series of full-body dynamic movements. Open to all fitness levels. Learn proper set-up, body position and various methods of training with kettlebells!

Learn how to get the most out of your rowing workout on our Concept 2 Air Rowers. Discover proper set-up, technique, and various workout methods. Maximize your power output and burn some serious calories with this total body ergometer! No rowing experience necessary.

In this small group class, you will get an effective, functional and fun workout using the Synrgy 360. You can expect to build muscle and burn a ton of calories using the TRX Suspension Trainer, medicine balls, kettlebells, plyometrics, battling ropes and more.
