REVIEW

It was only a few years ago that Tony took the world by storm with The Unfakeable Code®, a work that didn’t just challenge the “masks” we wear in business—it dismantled them. That book earned its place as a cornerstone of modern leadership, garnering accolades from the Independent Press Award and the NYC Big Book Award. But as any true visionary knows, the summit is never the end; it is simply a higher vantage point for the next ascent.

www.PrintedWordReviews.com

Today, we are proud to celebrate Tony’s newest milestone: the recent release of his transformative 2025 masterwork, “Climb Greater Heights” and the continuing conversation with the GAB TALKS of where he’s been and where he is going. Already recognized as a 2025 NYC Big Book Award winner in Leadership and a Goody Business Book Award winner, this book marks a pivotal shift in Tony’s mission. While his previous work focused on the internal engineering of the self, “Climb Greater Heights” provides the external blueprint for scaling impact. Through his 12-Step Growth Accelerator Method®, Tony is now guiding CEOs, entrepreneurs, and global leaders to turn their authentic “codes” into profitable, legacy-driven ecosystems. Tony’s journey—from the streets of London to the global stage—is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. But more importantly, his current work reflects a deep understanding of our modern era: a time where business success and personal fulfillment can no longer be separate pursuits. As we look toward 2026, Tony continues to be a “Dior of Personal Development,” blending high-level strategy with a profound empathy for the human condition. We invite you to dive into his latest insights, whether through his books, his global retreats, or his evocative appearances on THE GAB TALKS.

Interview for Printed Word Reviews, with Gabby Olczak. 1. Your journey from adversity to global recognition is extraordinary. You say that you “transformed your pain into power, adversity into opportunity.” What pivotal moment set you on this path?

community. But life also tested me with severe health crises, abuse, and discrimination. At nine years old, lying on life support, I had an out-of-body experience that sparked a spiritual awakening. I realized that consciousness transcends physical limitations, and resilience is not merely about surviving—it is about alchemizing suffering into wisdom.

There have been many defining moments in my life, but two stand out as turning points that forever changed my trajectory. The first came at the age of 20, when I arrived homeless in London after being conscripted into the Yugoslav Army and forced to fight in a civil war I despised with every fiber of my being. Escaping the atrocities of that war, I found myself sleeping under bridges, in parks, and relying on the kindness of strangers to survive. In those darkest nights, I experienced what I now call my golden moment—the realization that life had spared me for a reason. I understood that the scars of my childhood and teenage years were not curses but seeds of strength, and that I had been given a second chance to transform pain into power.

Living alone from the age of 14, attending one of the best mathematics schools in Skopje, winning national and international awards in physics, mathematics, and technology, while being bullied for my Albanian origin, gave me firsthand insight into the fragility of human beings, the dangers of polarized thinking, and the destructive force of inequality and nationalism. All of these experiences became the raw data that shaped my philosophy. They ultimately crystallized into the Octagon of Excellence® methodology—eight dimensions of human excellence designed to help people align mind, heart, and action, and unlock their infinite potential.

The second pivotal moment came nearly two decades later, during the 2008 financial crisis. In 2009, I was made redundant from my corporate career managing multi-million-pound IT and digital transformation programs. Many would have seen that as the end. I chose to see it as the beginning. Rather than surrender to fear, I remortgaged my flat, invested everything into my personal growth, and poured my soul into writing my first book, “A Path to Wisdom”. That book became both my healing journey and the launchpad for a global mission—one that has since touched the lives of millions across continents.

What I learned is this: resilience is not about enduring hardship—it is about transforming it into wisdom, empathy, and a higher vision of what humanity can achieve.

Both moments taught me a profound truth: every crisis is a calling in disguise. It is life’s way of inviting us to rise, to innovate, and to discover the extraordinary potential that lies dormant within us.

3. What led you to write your very first book, “A Path to Wisdom”?

2. How did your early life experiences shape your views on human potential and resilience? My early life was a crucible that forged my understanding of human potential and resilience. Growing up in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, with crooked legs and later enduring abuse from a restaurant manager my father trusted, I learned very young how to fight, how to escape danger, and how to survive. Yet alongside those hardships, I was blessed with immense love from my parents and grandparents. They taught me to cook, serve customers, fulfill family duties, and, most importantly, value education, humility, and service to others.

The seed for “A Path to Wisdom” was planted during one of the most turbulent chapters of my life. In 2009, after the global financial crisis, I was made redundant from my corporate career, where I had spent over a decade building systems, leading multi-million-pound technology and digital transformation programs, and generating hundreds of millions in value for the companies I served. Suddenly, the identity I had built around success, security, and recognition collapsed. I faced a midlife crisis filled with fear, negative thinking, and the sobering reality that another highly paid job in technology was unlikely.

Before I even entered school, I could read and write in three languages, master two alphabets, and solve mathematical problems. When I was sent to North Macedonia for schooling, I worked on the farm—milking cows, tending the land, and selling produce to the community before and after classes. I loved beekeeping, and my parents, recognizing me as a gifted child, hired private teachers to nurture my curiosity beyond what schools could offer. These experiences instilled discipline, commitment, and a deep respect for both nature and www.PrintedWordReviews.com

Instead of surrendering to despair, I chose to invest everything I had saved into my own healing and growth. I hired coaches, therapists, healers, and mentors. I attended courses, enrolled in a mini-entrepreneurial MBA, and immersed myself in studying coaching, NLP, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychology, human behavior, business, leadership, and transformation. As I worked through my own pain, I began writing down the challenges I had overcome, the lessons

I had learned, and the insights that had carried me through.

mission, expand their wisdom, and transform adversity into opportunity. 4. In your award-winning book, “A Path to Excellence”, you write that “magic happens when excellence becomes the default lens through which you observe the obstacles that life presents you.” Explain.

It was then I realized something profound: all the wisdom I had cultivated—through hardship, through study, through leading teams and navigating crises—was trapped within me. It needed to be shared. “A Path to Wisdom” was born from that realization, and from my desire to create a structured methodology—the TJSeMethod: ALARM®—to help others navigate the eight dimensions of life: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, relationship, love, business, and financial.

Excellence is not about chasing perfection—it is about choosing a higher lens through which to view life’s inevitable obstacles. When you shift your inner dialogue from “Why is this happening to me?” to “How is this happening for me?”, you awaken what I call excellence consciousness. This shift is transformative: suddenly, setbacks become stepping stones, failures become feedback loops, and pain becomes a catalyst for purpose. In “A Path to Excellence”, I emphasize that excellence is not a fixed destination but a living, breathing state of aligned action. It is the daily practice of aligning your mind, heart, and behavior with your core values and soul callings, so that every challenge becomes an opportunity to evolve. Through my Octagon of Excellence® framework, I have witnessed extraordinary transformations: individuals daring to pursue their boldest dreams, couples evolving into deeply connected and empowered partnerships, entrepreneurs expanding their businesses from six to seven—and in some cases nine—figures, leaders shaping legacy-driven enterprises, and countless people breaking free from generational wounds to create lives infused with meaning, purpose, and impact. The “magic” lies in this realization: when excellence becomes your default lens, obstacles no longer diminish you—they refine you. They become the very crucible in which your most significant growth, resilience, and contribution are forged. Excellence is the art of turning adversity into advantage, and of living

The book became not only my healing vehicle but also a beacon for others. Since its publication, it has helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide awaken their inner healer, leader, and visionary, empowering them to align with their

chase and becomes a sustainable state of flow.

5. Your latest book, “Climb Greater Heights”, is the winner of the 2025 NYC Big Book Award in the Leadership Category. It has been described as a business acceleration blueprint. What does “greater heights” truly mean to you?

This alignment transforms exhausted entrepreneurs into energized visionaries. It ensures that every strategy, system, and action flows from an authentic purpose rather than external pressure or reactive thinking. When values and vision converge, leaders stop burning out and start building enterprises that are both profitable and profoundly fulfilling.

To me, Greater Heights is far more than a metaphor—it is a philosophy, a way of living and leading that refuses to settle for mediocrity. It means not allowing failure to dictate how far you can go and not becoming another chilling statistic in the entrepreneurial world. Consider this: there are over 582 million entrepreneurs globally, and every single day, 137,000 new startups are launched. Yet, despite the passion and innovation behind them, 90% of these businesses fail within the first decade. That sobering reality is precisely why “Climb Greater Heights” exists—to provide a proven path that helps leaders and entrepreneurs defy those odds. Greater Heights is the intersection where business growth, personal mastery, and global impact meet. It is about becoming a key person of influence in your industry by following a structured, step-bystep methodology that leads not only to greater profits but also to sustainable enterprises built on authority, credibility, and significance. It is about creating businesses that endure, that expand commerce while elevating consciousness, and that leave behind legacies measured not just in revenue but in transformed lives.

I have witnessed CEOs and entrepreneurs who were on the brink of collapse rediscover their energy, scale their companies from stagnation to billion-dollar valuations, and do so while experiencing a renewed sense of joy and meaning. The shift is not just financial—it is personal, relational, and spiritual. It is the difference between running a business that drains you and leading a mission that elevates you. At its core, this principle teaches that true greatness is achieved when mind, heart, and action move as one. That is the essence of “Climb Greater Heights”— to help entrepreneurs grow their authority, credibility, and influence, and to become purposeful, prosperous, and conscious leaders who build legacy-driven enterprises that thrive financially while uplifting humanity. 7. In one sentence, what is the core message of “Climb Greater Heights”?

Through my 12-Step Growth Accelerator Method®, I guide leaders to build what I call legacy-driven enterprises—organizations that thrive financially while simultaneously uplifting humanity. I have seen entrepreneurs scale from six to nine figures, leaders transform their companies into legacy-driven movements, and individuals break free from generational limitations to create impact that ripples across communities and nations.

Success without alignment—and without the conscious investment of time, energy, resources, and vision—inevitably leads to exhaustion. True greatness emerges only when mind, heart, action, relationships, partnerships, and sustainable ecosystems move in harmony, creating legacy-driven enterprises that uplift humanity while generating enduring wealth, influence, and impact. 8. You have written five extraordinary books, all reflective of your resilience and determination. Which book most closely mirrors your personal evolution, and why?

So when I speak of Greater Heights, I mean a vision where business is not merely a vehicle for profit but a catalyst for conscious evolution and societal transformation. It is about climbing beyond the ordinary, transcending the statistics, and building enterprises that stand the test of time—enterprises that inspire, empower, and contribute to a better world.

The Unfakeable Code® most closely mirrors my personal evolution because it represents the journey from living behind masks—corporate executive, war survivor, immigrant striving for success, a man navigating identity in a conservative family while coming out gay—to embracing my authentic self and consciously choosing to lead, love, and live freely on my own terms.

6. Which principle from “Climb Greater Heights” would create the most significant shift if applied by your readers?

Importantly, this book was written and published during the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when the world was shaken by unprecedented loss, trauma, and uncertainty. Businesses collapsed, leaders were unprepared, and societies struggled to adapt to crises they had never imagined. The pandemic exposed the fragility of systems and the dangers of inauthentic leadership. It revealed how easily fear, stress, and disconnection can erode trust, resilience, and human potential.

The principle that creates the most significant shift is what I call the Values Clarification & Alignment Process®. When leaders take the time to clarify their deepest personal values and then align them with their business vision, something extraordinary happens. Decision-making stops being a source of stress and becomes effortless. Teams stop functioning as disconnected individuals and start operating as purpose-driven collectives. Success stops being a fleeting www.PrintedWordReviews.com

10

The Unfakeable Code® was my answer to that global crisis. It called for a new paradigm—one where authenticity is no longer optional but essential. Its central message is that we must remove the masks we hide behind, silence the scarcity persona, and evolve our communication so that we can express pain, trauma, and truth openly. By taking back mental and emotional control, knowing our triggers, and listening deeply to our own values and to others through theirs, we create the conditions for authentic leadership to flourish.

9. What is the most important change a person can make to be empowered to live and think in a more productive, meaningful way and experience their fullest potential? We are all born infinite, yet most of us live enslaved by the very constructs we create—pain, disappointments, resentments, and anger that, if left unchecked, can erode even the strongest spirit. The most important change a person can make is to master what I share in more depth in the “Climb Greater Heights” book, Alignment with Core Values + Vision + Action = Authentic Power.

My own transformation—from concealing homelessness and war trauma to using those experiences as powerful teaching tools—parallels the journey I invite readers to take. The book is the bridge between pain and purpose, showing that when leaders embrace authenticity, they not only heal themselves but also create enterprises, communities, and societies that can withstand crises and thrive in uncertainty.

Too often, people operate from outdated programming—cultural conditioning, family expectations, borrowed values from those they admire, or societal limitations that keep them small. This misalignment drains energy and creates lives of quiet frustration. But when you consciously identify your core values, craft a compelling vision that reflects them, and take consistent, inspired action, you activate your highest potential.

More than ever, the world needs leaders who are unfakeable—leaders who embody truth, resilience, and compassion, and who can guide humanity through disruption into a future of greater alignment and impact.

This is not about surface-level positive thinking—it is about neuroplasticity in action. You are literally rewiring your brain for excellence, shifting your

consciousness from survival to impact. The Alignment Equation transforms obstacles into opportunities, confusion into clarity, and exhaustion into empowerment. It is the gateway to living productively, meaningfully, and expansively—experiencing not just success, but significance. 10. What distinguishes your approach from traditional life or business coaching? What sets my approach apart from traditional life or business coaching is the unique fusion of corporate leadership experience, scientific research, and soul-centered wisdom. Before dedicating myself fully to transformational life coaching, I spent over a decade leading and managing global technology transformation programs valued at up to £8 billion. In that role, I honed skills in risk management, diplomacy across diverse stakeholders, negotiation, and the ability to craft and execute a clear vision under immense pressure. These experiences taught me how to navigate complexity, align teams, and deliver measurable results in environments where failure was not an option. Building on that foundation, I invested another decade delivering more than 29,000 hours of coaching, training, and mentoring while immersing myself in behavioral psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotional intelligence, and timeless wisdom traditions. This dual expertise—corporate mastery and human transformation—allows me to operate at the intersection of consciousness and commerce. Unlike traditional coaching, which often focuses on surface-level strategies, my work transforms identity before results. Through my trademarked methodologies—TJSeMethod: ALARM™, Behavioral Change Principles®, Values Clarification & Alignment Process®, the Octagon of Excellence®, and the 12-Step Growth Accelerator Method®—I guide clients to dig deep, heal, clarify, achieve measurable, lasting transformation across all eight dimensions of life: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, relational, love, business, and financial. This holistic integration ensures that leaders and entrepreneurs don’t just achieve success—they build legacy-driven enterprises and lives of significance that thrive financially while uplifting humanity. 11. Tony, you write that “Success without alignment is exhaustion; true greatness is achieved when mind, heart, and action move as one. How do you facilitate this alignment? I facilitate alignment through my “Climb Greater Heights” five-day exclusive transformational retreat or through any of my yearly programs, using all my methods, especially my proprietary Alignment Integration Process®, a multidimensional methodology designed to bring mind, heart, and action into harmony. It combines three transformative elements: 1. Values Archaeology® – excavating your authentic truth beneath layers of cultural conditioning, family expectations, and societal programming. This process helps clients uncover the values that truly drive them, rather than those they’ve inherited or adopted unconsciously. 2. Vision Architecture® – designing a compelling future that doesn’t just motivate but magnetically pulls you forward. When your vision is rooted in authentic values, it becomes a living blueprint for both personal fulfillment and professional success. 3. Action Alchemy® – transmuting inspired intention into strategic implementation. This is where vision becomes reality, where ideas are transformed into systems, behaviors, and results that are sustainable and measurable.

measured solely in profits, but in the ripple effect of positive change they create: empowered teams, inspired communities, and industries reshaped by purpose-driven innovation.

To achieve this, I integrate advanced techniques from my trademarked methodologies, NLP, CBT, behavioral psychology, emotional intelligence, inner child healing, and quantum psychology, along with timeless wisdom traditions. The result is what I call coherent leadership—a state in which thoughts, emotions, and actions resonate in harmony, creating leaders who are not only effective but also deeply fulfilled.

As this alignment deepens, leaders become more grounded in their vision, more fluent in their communication, more coherent in their decision-making, more influential in their industries, and more inspiring to those they serve. Their success becomes a living testimony that true greatness is not about accumulation—it is about contribution, impact, and legacy.

When alignment is achieved, exhaustion gives way to empowerment, and success evolves into significance. This is the foundation upon which legacy-driven enterprises and lives of impact are built.

13. Your clients include Fortune 500 CEOs, authors, entrepreneurs, salespeople, scientists, performers, politicians, and more. What is the most common issue you are asked to address during your coaching sessions?

12. What shifts do you observe in leaders who accelerate their success? The most profound shifts I observe in leaders who accelerate their success are not just external—they are deeply internal. They transition from being human doings to human beings—moving beyond reactive problem-solving into the realm of conscious creation.

The most common issue my clients face—whether they are Fortune 500 CEOs, entrepreneurs, authors, scientists, politicians, coaches, speakers, high-net-worth individuals, or professionals working in male-dominated industries such as oil and gas—is what I call “The Invisible Ceiling.” It’s that frustrating upper limit where success stalls, not because of external metrics, but because of internal misalignment.

The most dramatic transformation is the shift from scarcity-based ambition to abundance-based mission. Instead of asking, “How can I get more?”, these leaders begin asking, “How can I give more value?” This single pivot changes everything: their businesses stop being transactional machines and evolve into transformational movements.

For some, it’s a CEO scaling from $1M to $10M, $100M, or even $1B. For others, it’s an author moving from obscurity to influence, a lawyer striving to become a partner, a tech entrepreneur chasing the next innovation, or a leader navigating burnout and life transitions while trying to sustain peak performance. The common thread is always identity alignment. They’ve outgrown their old identity but haven’t yet fully embodied the next-level self required to achieve their vision.

They start building what I call legacy ecosystems—enterprises that generate wealth while simultaneously elevating consciousness. Success is no longer

Reservations: A Samantha Wright Crime Series

My work helps them shatter these invisible ceilings by upgrading their psychology, expanding their identity to align with their vision, and elevating every dimension of their lives—from business and leadership to relationships and personal fulfillment. When this alignment occurs, success accelerates, impact multiplies, and leaders evolve into legacy-builders who inspire transformation far beyond themselves.

by Theresa Janson

Crime fiction, Thriller, Contemporary Romance ISBN: 979-8998812705 “Theresa Janson’s thriller “Reservations” weaves together elements of crime, suspense, and romance, making it ideal for readers who appreciate complex plots and resilient female protagonists. The novel centers on FBI profiler Samantha Wright, who is driven by a personal mission to capture a serial killer who previously eluded her late mentor.

was twistedly obsessed with her.

The story is set against the cold, stark landscape of Indian reservations, primarily Ashland, Montana, during a harsh winter. Sam is not only hunting a killer who targets young boys on the reservation but is also battling her past. Nightmares haunt her, sprouting from a prior case where she was attacked and captured by a killer who

14. How do fear and stress impact decision-making, and how can people override these patterns?

Arriving in Ashland, Sam’s determination to solve the current case is unyielding, despite the complex jurisdictional dynamics between the FBI, Tribal Police, and local law enforcement. She takes residence at The Lodge, owned by Will Little Bear, a Cheyenne guide and tracker. Will quickly becomes an essential, though unexpected, ally.

Fear and stress are powerful forces that can completely alter the way we make decisions. Biologically, they hijack the prefrontal cortex—the executive center of the brain responsible for rational thinking, planning, and creativity—and push us into survival mode, where the primitive brain takes over. In this state, decisions are reactive, short-term, and often driven by avoidance rather than vision. That’s why, under stress, even brilliant leaders can make choices that sabotage long-term success.

As Sam and Will delve into the chilling evidence—the tortured, mutilated bodies of the victims—they uncover disturbing patterns. The killer’s profile suggests someone with an intimate knowledge of the reservations. Sam’s innovative theories, including the use of peyote, intensify the hunt. The aftermath focuses on Sam’s gradual recovery and Will’s unwavering support. Their deepening bond is cemented by a poignant moment when Sam is honored with an induction into the Cheyenne Tribe, receiving the name “She who stands with the warriors.” The strength they find in each other is tested when a threatening note and a lock of her own hair arrive, suggesting the killer or an accomplice may still be at large.

The key is not to eliminate fear and stress—they are part of the human experience—but to transform them into allies. That’s the essence of my Fear Alchemy Protocol®, which unfolds in three stages: 1. Recognize Fear as Fuel, Not Foe Fear is energy. When acknowledge and catalyze growth. Instead of suppressing it, I teach clients to reframe fear as a signal pointing toward areas of potential expansion.

“Reservations” concludes with an affirmation of healing and enduring love. Will’s promise to marry Sam despite the ongoing threats highlights their unwavering resilience. The narrative is more than a crime story; it is a profound exploration of human endurance and the transformative power of connection.

2. Reframe Stress as Strength-Building Stimulus Chronic stress is destructive. But when reframed, it becomes a training ground for resilience. Just as muscles grow under tension, the nervous system can be strengthened through conscious exposure and recovery. Leaders learn to see stress as a stimulus that, when managed, builds capacity rather than diminishes it.

It’s highly recommended for fans of crime fiction with a heart. www.theresajanson.com

• TJS Evolutionary Meditation™ – a structured practice that calms the mind while expanding awareness.

Another powerful trend is the rise of Co-Creative Leadership. The old hierarchical, command-and-control structures are giving way to collaborative ecosystems where vulnerability is embraced as strength, empathy fuels innovation, and collective intelligence drives progress. Leaders are learning that influence is no longer about authority—it’s about authenticity, connection, and co-creation.

• Strategic Breathing Patterns – techniques that shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into parasympathetic balance. •Values-Based Decision Frameworks – ensuring that every choice is anchored in authentic values and long-term vision rather than fear-driven impulses.

We are also witnessing the emergence of Quantum Leadership—the recognition that consciousness directly affects commerce. When leaders elevate their awareness, their decisions, cultures, and outcomes elevate too. This is not abstract philosophy; it’s a measurable correlation between expanded consciousness and expanded business results.

When leaders integrate these practices, they move from reactive survival to coherent leadership—a state where thoughts, emotions, and actions resonate in harmony. In this state, decision-making becomes visionary, grounded, and impactful.

And now, Artificial Intelligence is accelerating these shifts. AI is no longer just a tool for efficiency—it is becoming a mirror of human consciousness. Leaders who harness AI wisely are learning to integrate data-driven intelligence with emotional intelligence, using technology to amplify empathy, creativity, and foresight rather than replace them. The future belongs to those who can align human values with machine capabilities, creating symbiotic systems where AI augments human potential and drives innovation with integrity.

Ultimately, overriding fear and stress is not about denial—it’s about transmutation. By consciously engaging with these forces, leaders evolve from being controlled by their biology to becoming architects of their destiny. 15. What trends are you seeing in leadership today?

Together, these trends signal a new era where enterprises are evolving into forces for evolutionary good—organizations that generate wealth while uplifting humanity, advancing sustainability, and contributing to the collective evolution of society.

The trends I see in leadership today reflect a profound paradigm shift. We are entering the era of Conscious Capitalism 2.0—a model where profit and purpose are no longer competing forces but complementary energies. Leaders are realizing that financial success and societal impact can—and must—coexist. Businesses are being redefined as vehicles for human advancement, not just profit extraction.

16. How do you help executives balance strategy with emotional intelligence? I help executives balance strategy with emotional intelligence through my pro-

prietary Strategic Heart Methodology®, which integrates left-brain analytical precision with right-brain intuitive wisdom. This approach ensures leaders make decisions not only from data but also from deeper knowing, aligning logic with empathy and vision.

When we go through a crisis, we face a defining choice: either succumb to the chaos that follows or harness it as one of life’s most powerful catalysts for growth. Crisis cracks us open to reveal our golden essence—it strips away illusions, dismantles outdated paradigms, and initiates us into our next level of evolution. Every breakdown I’ve endured—war, homelessness, health challenges, career redundancy—ultimately became a breakthrough. Crisis forces us to question everything we thought we knew, dismantling outdated paradigms and creating space for new ones to emerge.

One of the tools I implement is what I call Emotional Dashboards®—systems that track team dynamics, cultural health, and emotional climate alongside traditional financial metrics. This allows executives to see the whole picture: not just profits and performance, but the human energy driving them. The key insight is that emotional intelligence is not “soft”—it is the new hard currency of business. Research shows that companies led by emotionally intelligent leaders outperform their peers by 20%. Through conscious leadership integration, I help executives achieve results that go far beyond that benchmark—up to 200% improvements across performance, engagement, and innovation.

Through my proprietary Crisis Alchemy Framework®, I help clients see disruption not as destruction but as evolution in disguise. The Chinese character for “crisis” contains both danger and opportunity, and my work teaches leaders to focus on the opportunity while skillfully navigating the threat. By reframing crisis as a sacred initiation, they learn to transmute fear into fuel, pain into purpose, and uncertainty into innovation.

By balancing strategy with emotional intelligence, leaders evolve from being transactional managers to transformational visionaries. They create organizations where people feel seen, valued, and inspired, which, in turn, drive sustainable success and build enterprises that thrive financially while uplifting humanity.

The result is profound: leaders become more resilient, more visionary, and more aligned. They stop resisting change and instead harness it as the very energy that propels them forward. In this way, crisis ceases to be an obstacle and becomes the crucible in which authentic leadership, creativity, and legacy are forged.

17. Tony, you have said that self-love is the best medicine. How important is self-love in achieving success?

19. Where do spirituality and science meet in human transformation? Spirituality and science meet in human transformation at the quantum level—where consciousness interacts with matter. My research in neuroscience and quantum physics demonstrates that spiritual principles are not mystical abstractions; they are scientific laws we are only beginning to understand. What ancient wisdom traditions intuited for millennia, modern science is now validating through measurable shifts in brain activity, nervous system regulation, and heart coherence.

Self-love is not narcissistic indulgence—it is the foundation of sustainable success. You cannot outperform your self-concept; your business, relationships, and leadership will only grow to the level of your self-worth. Without self-love, even the most ambitious strategies collapse under the weight of self-doubt, burnout, and inner conflict. Through my proprietary Authentic Self-Love Protocol®, I teach clients that true self-love is about presence, not perfection. It means showing up for yourself with the same devotion, respect, and consistency that you show your biggest clients or most essential stakeholders. It is the daily practice of honoring your values, listening to your inner truth, and choosing alignment over external validation.

Through my proprietary Quantum Integration Practices®, clients experience this intersection firsthand. These practices combine advanced techniques from neuroscience, quantum psychology, and behavioral science with timeless spiritual disciplines such as meditation, breathwork, and values alignment. The result is not just inner peace but observable transformation—changes in brainwave patterns, enhanced emotional regulation, and expanded states of awareness that translate into tangible life results.

When leaders embody radical self-acceptance, they stop leaking energy into insecurity and fear. That reclaimed energy becomes fuel for creative expansion, visionary thinking, and courageous decision-making. Self-love transforms from a personal practice into the ultimate business strategy—because leaders who love themselves authentically create cultures of trust, innovation, and resilience.

I often say: spirituality without science becomes wishful thinking; science without spirituality becomes a soulless mechanism. True transformation happens only at their intersection—where ancient wisdom meets modern understanding, and where leaders learn to harness both the measurable and the mystical to create lasting impact.

In essence, self-love is the invisible architecture behind greatness. It is the medicine that heals fragmentation, the power that sustains momentum, and the secret ingredient that turns success into significance.

This is the frontier of human evolution: a space where consciousness is recognized as the most powerful technology we possess, and where integrating science with spirituality unlocks the full potential of human beings to thrive,

lead, and leave a legacy of significance.

differently depending on context—imposter syndrome in professionals, feelings of inadequacy in high-achievers, or unworthiness in celebrities and public figures—but at its root, it is the same limiting narrative. This wound transcends culture, gender, and status, reminding us that pain speaks the same language everywhere.

20. What daily practices do you recommend for elevating one’s mindset? The daily practices I recommend for elevating one’s mindset are embodied in my Daily Ascension Protocol®, a system designed not as “feel-good rituals” but as tools for neuroplasticity that literally rewire the brain for success, coherence, and resilience.

My global work reveals that transformation becomes possible when we address the eight dimensions of human experience universally. By integrating psychology, neuroscience, quantum science, and spiritual principles, my methodologies create breakthroughs that resonate across cultures. Whether in a Fortune 500 boardroom, a political arena, or a creative studio, the process of elevating consciousness and aligning identity is the same.

1. Morning TJS Evolutionary Meditation™ – to set coherent brain waves, ground your energy, and begin the day with clarity and vitality. 2. Gratitude Amplification – writing three specific appreciations that activate heart coherence and shift focus toward abundance.

Ultimately, possibility speaks the same language as pain. When leaders and individuals embrace this truth, they discover that growth is not bound by geography—it is a human constant. This is why the frameworks I’ve developed work globally: they are rooted in universal human psychology and timeless wisdom, making them adaptable to any culture, industry, or individual journey.

3. Values Visualization® – envisioning your day through the lens of your core values, ensuring alignment between intention and action. 4. Micro-Wins Documentation – recording small victories daily. For over a decade, I’ve practiced and taught this because every big win is built on micro-wins. This practice rewires success patterns and reveals who truly supports your journey versus who may be envious, helping you choose wisely who to bring along as you “Climb Greater Heights”.

22. What global change would you most like your work to influence? The global change I most want my work to influence is catalyzing a Consciousness Revolution—a movement in which businesses evolve into vehicles for human advancement and collective evolution. My mission is to impact one billion lives by demonstrating that conscious capitalism not only generates greater profits but also uplifts humanity, protects the most vulnerable, and addresses meaningful problems that affect us all, regardless of where we live.

5. Priority Focus – identifying three high-priority actions to accomplish each day, ensuring progress on what matters most. 6. Growth Reading or Listening – dedicating at least one hour to books or audiobooks that elevate an area of life needing attention.

I trust the body of work I have created—and continue to expand—contributes to building a world where success is measured not merely by financial metrics but by the elevation of human consciousness. It is measured by the lives we transform, the health of our societies, the joy we cultivate daily, and the collaborative spirit that drives global progress.

7. Evening Wisdom Integration – reflecting on lessons learned, then visualizing the next day as you want it to unfold, feeling the emotions of success before sleep. These practices are not about perfection—they are about presence, alignment, and consistent rewiring of the mind. Over time, they create leaders who are more grounded, visionary, and resilient, turning daily routines into the architecture of greatness.

In this vision, every transaction becomes a transformation, every enterprise a force for good, and every leader a steward of evolutionary change. And critically, it includes a world where AI and humans work in harmony—a partnership that creates a more human-centric, efficient, free, healthier, and peaceful planet. When aligned with authentic values, AI becomes an amplifier of empathy, creativity, and wisdom, helping humanity solve its most significant challenges while freeing us to focus on what makes us most human: connection, innovation, and love.

21. Working with clients from over 50 countries, what universal themes do you see? Working with clients from over 50 countries has shown me that, beneath cultural differences, languages, and traditions, every human being shares eight core desires: to be seen, to be heard, to matter, to love, to procreate, to be safe, to succeed, and to contribute. These are the universal drivers of human behavior, the threads that weave us together across borders.

This is the future I am committed to shaping: a world where profit and purpose harmonize, where innovation serves humanity, and where business and technology together become the most powerful engines for creating a legacy of significance.

Equally universal is the wound I call the “I’m not enough” belief. It manifests

23. If you could leave one message for future generations, what would it be?

17

www.PrintedWordReviews.com

If I could leave one message for future generations, it would be this: your imperfections are your brilliance. Don’t wait to be perfect before you lead, love, or live fully. The cracks you carry are not weaknesses—they are the places where your strength and wisdom shine through.

25. What’s next for you? What’s next for me is expanding my impact among highly achieving individuals, leaders, and high-net-worth innovators—those ready to use their influence to solve humanity’s most significant challenges. My focus is on creating a global movement that unites conscious entrepreneurs and leaders in building legacy-driven enterprises that generate wealth while elevating human potential.

In Japan, the art of kintsugi repairs broken pottery with veins of gold, making the object more beautiful and valuable because of its cracks, not despite them. In the same way, your scars, struggles, and imperfections are the golden seams that make you extraordinary.

This includes more speaking engagements, expert panels, and appearances across TV, radio, podcasts, and magazines—platforms where I can share the insights honed over three decades. I will continue enrolling clients into “Climb Greater Heights”® advanced retreats, immersive experiences that combine business acceleration with consciousness elevation, helping leaders achieve next-level growth in every area of life.

The world doesn’t need a flawless version of you; it requires the real, imperfect, influential person you already are. Remember: greatness isn’t defined by what you accumulate, but by what you contribute with it. Measure success not by the heights you climb for yourself, but by how many you lift with you along the way. This is the legacy worth leaving: a life where love becomes the gold that binds us, and contribution becomes the accurate measure of greatness.

I am also writing a new book to guide people through the AI-driven identity transition as we approach an era where artificial intelligence surpasses human intelligence and we move toward singularity. Alongside this, my team and I are developing AI-powered transformation tools that make my methodologies, books, and coaching accessible to millions worldwide—ensuring that science and soul converge in practical, scalable ways.

24. The best advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I’ve ever received came from my mother, who, despite all the challenges we faced, reminded me: “Tony, your wounds are not your identity—they’re your wisdom waiting to be shared.” That single insight became the foundation of my life’s work. It taught me that our most incredible pain contains our greatest purpose, and that every scar can be transformed into a star, every challenge into a chapter of service.

Another project close to my heart is the production of the Into Your Divinity documentary, which will follow five high-achieving clients through my one-year program, sharing their transformations, life callings, and insights into humanity’s evolution during these pivotal times.

Her wisdom showed me that authenticity is not weakness—it is the ultimate strength. By embracing our wounds as teachers rather than hiding them as flaws, we unlock the power to lead, inspire, and heal others. This advice continues to guide me in helping leaders and individuals worldwide turn adversity into advantage, and to live lives where vulnerability becomes the gateway to greatness.

Finally, my next book will explore mapping human consciousness in the body and across every area of life, introducing methods to defuse anger, resentment, and emotional turbulence in adults. All of this work is rooted in my mission to integrate science and soul—creating personal, relational, leadership, and organizational transformation that is both measurable and deeply meaningful.

The Unfair Advantage: Weaponizing The Hypomanic Toolbox by Todd Hagopian

Business & Career. Koehler Books. ISBN: 979-8888249710 Hagopian’s “The Unfair Advantage: Weaponizing the Hypomanic Toolbox” is an unconventional call to action that transforms personal struggle into a blueprint for corporate excellence. The book’s strength lies in its bold premise: that the intense focus and drive often associated with a hypomanic state can be systematically harnessed to achieve extraordinary organizational transformation.

Improve the company’s financial standing and employee morale. Crucially, Jack’s journey is not just about corporate rescue; it’s about finding personal growth and balance, navigating the perils of workaholism, and prioritizing mental and physical health. What sets “The Unfair Advantage” apart is its unique focus on leveraging cognitive patterns often viewed as liabilities. The HOT System is a structured methodology for combating institutional inertia by weaponizing the best aspects of hypomania, including: Extreme Goal Setting: Setting “grandiose goals” to shatter mediocrity. Magnificent Obsessions: Developing an unrelenting focus on customers and competitors. Relentless Execution: Prioritizing decisive action and continuous, rapid improvement.

The book masterfully weaves together memoir, practical strategy, and a compelling fictional parable. The prologue lays a raw and honest foundation, detailing Hagopian’s own turbulent journey—one marked by rapid professional success, yet shadowed by arrests, failed relationships, financial ruin, and suicidal thoughts. His eventual diagnosis of bipolar disorder was the turning point. He realized the same hypomanic energy that fueled his career highs was also driving his devastating lows. Instead of simply managing the disorder, Hagopian refined its positive attributes, leading to the creation of the Hypomanic Toolbox (HOT System). This system turned him into what he calls a “stagnation assassin.”

Hagopian argues these strategies are not merely aspirational but necessary to survive in a competitive landscape, allowing companies to tap into a genuine and sustainable “unfair advantage.”

The book’s core concepts are made highly accessible through the narrative of the Jack Whelan character, president of the struggling Cartwell Manufacturing. Jack’s struggles mirror Hagopian’s early business and personal challenges. He is mentored by the eccentric, bipolar billionaire, Eugene Spark, who introduces him to the HOT System. This fictional framework allows Hagopian to demonstrate the system’s practical application, showing how Jack utilizes it to:

Hagopian’s journey from crisis to control is an inspiring testament to the power of reframing one’s perceived weaknesses. “The Unfair Advantage” delivers on its promise, teaching readers that the key to unlocking extraordinary success is not to seek equilibrium, but to learn how to harness extreme focus in a controlled, sustainable way. It concludes with an invitation to think differently and act decisively, proving that with the right toolbox, anyone can achieve far more than they ever thought possible, without sacrificing health or relationships.

Skyrocket production efficiency. Develop innovative products.

Walking on Nathan’s Grave: A Tale Traversing Heaven and Hell

Building Men - Character Lessons from Influencers

by R. Luce

by Jim Tracy

Contemporary Romance, Historical Fiction, LGBTQ. Ronald W. Luce. • ISBN: 979-8992220247

Nonfiction. Morgan James Publishing. ISBN: 978-1636985879

“Walking on Nathan’s Grave: A Tale Traversing Heaven and Hell” by R. Luce is an introspective exploration of love, devastating loss, and the arduous journey of rediscovering oneself. Written in a reflective style, this book is perfect for readers who appreciate deep emotional narratives centered on personal growth and resilience. The story unfolds over several months, primarily between Chicago and Emberland, Ohio, as the protagonist navigates his emotional recovery and embarks on new beginnings.

Jim Tracy’s “Building Men: Character Lessons from Influencers” is a testament to the power of mentorship in shaping a life of integrity. Published by Morgan James Publishing, this book transcends the typical self-help genre, offering a personal roadmap for character development rooted in Tracy’s own journey and dedicated to the men and women who helped shape him. Tracy grounds his work in a clear and resonant thesis: character is not innate, but is intentionally built through the influence of others and the valuable lessons they impart. By structuring the book as a collection of memories about the people who invested their time in him around a character trait, Tracy offers an easily accessible style that draws the reader into authentic anecdotes. The goal is straightforward yet profound: to inspire readers to live with faith and integrity, and to pass these foundational lessons to future generations.

The core conflict immediately immerses us in the protagonist’s raw grief following a painful breakup with his partner, Matt. We witness his descent into self-destructive behaviors—alcohol, drugs, and casual sex—a stark depiction of his initial struggles. Yet, with the unwavering support of friends, especially David Grayson, and a vital moment of self-realization, he begins the arduous task of rebuilding his life. This pivotal decision leads him to leave Chicago for Emberland, Ohio, seeking a much-needed fresh start.

The book’s strength lies in its chapter-by-chapter dedication to a specific, essential character trait, illustrated by a real-life figure. The blueprints for a principled life, for example: Chapter 1: Unwavering shines a light on Tracy’s Grandfather Brown, whose influence taught the necessity of consistency and meaningful action—the bedrock of true commitment. Chapter 2: Loyalty explores the formative bonds within Tracy’s family, drawing lessons from his siblings and childhood experiences. Chapter 3: Commander features the towering example of Tracy’s father, a World War II commander whose actions in challenging situations defined true, determined leadership. Subsequent chapters continue this pattern, weaving together narratives that highlight essential traits such as Perseverance, Courage, Belief, Confidence, and the impact of Faith and Friendship. Every story serves as a practical demonstration of the abstract trait it embodies.

In Emberland, the narrative introduces Jake Davidson, a passionate police officer who draws the protagonist into the intriguing world of an unsolved 1870s murder case. As they delve into the research, a new kind of tension emerges: the protagonist’s growing attraction to Jake, battling his deep-seated fears of being hurt again. Their relationship deepens amidst the grim discovery of a grisly tale of murder and mob justice. Through this shared endeavor, the protagonist’s journey of healing and self-discovery is further supported by his evolving connection with Jake. The resolution sees the protagonist and Jake finally confronting their feelings for each other. The protagonist bravely voices his fears, met with Jake’s understanding and supportive response. They express a genuine desire to continue exploring their connection, leaving the reader with a powerful sense of hope and resilience. The story concludes with the protagonist learning to trust again and finding renewed meaning in his life and work, underscoring the vital roles of friendship, self-reflection, and the courage to embrace new possibilities.

“Building Men” is more than an exercise in nostalgia; it is a clear call to action. The author’s unique approach—highlighting his own influencers—makes the process of character-building relatable and actionable. It reminds the reader that success, whether in entrepreneurship or life, is inextricably linked to the moral and ethical foundation provided by those who care enough to invest their time.

“Walking on Nathan’s Grave: A Tale Traversing Heaven and Hell” is an emotional journey that will resonate with anyone who has experienced the complexities of love and loss. It emphasizes the transformative impact of personal growth, the invaluable support of friends, and the sheer courage required to start anew.

Book Reviews Secrets by Kay Louise Bowen

Romance/Womens Fiction. Austin Macauley Publishers. ISBN: 978-1037109201 “Secrets” is a contemporary novel by Kay Louise Bowen that explores the nature of hidden truths and the arduous journey toward healing. Set against the deceptively tranquil backdrop of the Haven Hotel, the novel centers on the influence of past traumas on present relationships, weaving together threads of secrecy, trust, healing and renewal. This peaceful locale stands in contrast to the turbulent emotional lives of its inhabitants, acting as a sanctuary where they are finally forced to confront their shadows.

persistent interest highlights the risk of forming new connections after deep betrayal. As Gina settles in, continuously reflecting on the scandal that drove her there, the tension mounts. Neil’s complicated history begins to surface, culminating in the dramatic return of Annabel, which shatters the budding connection and prompts Gina to retreat. The middle of the book explores the intense fallout, forcing Neil to grapple with the consequences of his past while Gina struggles with her resurfacing fears—a fear of exposure and a fear of trusting again. Abby’s decisive intervention, investigating Annabel’s claims and noticing troubling inconsistencies, is crucial and marks the necessary beginning of collective healing.

The story’s core lies with its key characters. Gina arrives at the Haven Hotel, seeking a fresh start after the devastating public revelation and subsequent conviction of her ex-husband, David. Her guarded nature is a consequence of his crime, and her journey is one of dismantling the self-doubt and guilt often internalized by victims of betrayal.

The climax delivers when Abby uncovers the truth, allowing Neil and Gina to finally reconcile and move forward on a foundation of honesty. Simultaneously, Gina takes proactive legal action against the continuing threat posed by her ex-husband, ensuring her self-protection.

Neil Adams, the charismatic brother of the hotel’s owner, quickly develops an interest in Gina. However, he carries his own heavy burden of unresolved issues and a troubled history, struggling with his reputation and the burden of disappointing his protective sister, Abigail (Abby) Adams. Abby, in turn, is a study of loyalty versus pragmatism, constantly calculating the risk to her family’s reputation and legacy.

The conclusion brings a sense of closure and renewal, as Gina and Neil solidify their relationship. The narrative ties up the dramatic threads of the past, ensuring that the disruptive forces including Annabel’s claims and David’s continued influence are decisively neutralized. The story ends on a hopeful note, focusing on Gina and Neil’s shared future, finally free from the shadows

The fragile order they attempt to build is shattered by Annabel, the catalyst for the main conflict, a woman from Neil’s past who returns with a shocking claim. Meanwhile, David, Gina’s incarcerated ex-husband, continues to exert a damaging influence from behind bars, embodying the lasting, toxic impact of past trauma.

of their troubled histories. Kay Louise Bowen’s “Secrets” moves beyond a simple romance to offer a complex psychological study of how people rebuild their lives after betrayal and trauma. While the prose remains straightforward, which readers may find less evocative, the strength of the plot and the emotional payoff are engaging.

The novel’s structure builds around the central theme of secrets. In the beginning, we see Gina seeking solace, establishing a routine that shields her from the pain. She finds herself cautiously drawn to Neil, even as his
