Flower Mound Community Activity Center Pool and Water Park
Indoor Pool: A a year-round aquatic facility, the indoor pool is an 11-lane, 25-meter by 25-yard pool that is great for swim teams, open swim, lap swimmers, and programs such as aqua fitness classes, group lessons, and one-on-one sessions with our aquatic staff. The indoor pool stays at a comfortable 83 degrees. It also features a splash pad, 150-foot slide, 1-meter diving board, a basketball hoop, and two AquaClimb climbing walls. During specific hours of operation, lanes will be set up for patrons to enjoy their own workouts. These lanes are reserved for patrons swimming laps only and are not to be used for general open swim. Lanes vary due to rentals and programming.
Outdoor Water Park: The outdoor water park is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and offers a variety of fun features for all ages. Highlights include two large water slides, a lazy river, a 60-gallon dumping bucket, and a zero-depth activity pool with three tot slides. Guests can also enjoy interactive water features, three 25-yard swim lanes, a water play structure, shaded areas, and a convenient concession stand.

PARKS & RECRATION
The department oversees more than 1,000 acres of parkland, featuring an extensive network of multi-purpose trails. These include approximately 64 miles of trails that are 8 feet wide or more, connecting parks, neighborhoods, schools, and businesses, along with 4.2 miles of dedicated equestrian trails. Additionally, within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Park property along the northern shores of Grapevine Lake, the public has access to 10.3 miles of equestrian trails and 34.3 miles of unpaved hike and bike trails. The Town currently provides 13.55 acres of parkland per 1,000 residents.
Neighborhood parks offer a wide range of amenities such as playgrounds, shaded picnic areas, cooking grills, benches, and basketball play pads.
