No dive certification is required. Our Bahamas shark adventures feature the use of a floating shark cage and surface-supplied air. Located just 53 miles east of Miami, Bimini is a tropical paradise and an ocean-lovers dream. Dive with sharks then swim with wild dolphins, stingrays or loggerhead turtles.

Our half and full-day “shark safaris” depart from Neal Watson’s Bimini Scuba Center at the Bimini Big Game Club Resort and Marina. The resort is located on North Bimini in Alice Town.

Bahamas Shark Adventure Details Cage dive from Bimini Blue, an incredible 60 ft. glass-bottom boat. No dive experience is required. Our friends from Neal Watson’s Bimini Scuba Center will teach you all you need to know to cage dive with sharks.

You’ll want to wear sunblock and bring a towel, a dive/snorkel mask and a camera. In the event weather prevents you from diving as scheduled, you will be given the option of rescheduling for a future trip. There is no refund.

The purchase of travel insurance is mandatory.

No Shark Guarantee We cannot guarantee you will see Bull Sharks, Hammerheads or any other specific shark species. If you do not see sharks, there is no refund. We will take you to the best possible locations for viewing sharks and do everything in our power to make sure you have an incredible shark viewing adventure, but we cannot control nature.

Travel Notes Bimini actually consists of two small islands: South Bimini and North Bimini. Our shark expeditions depart from Bimini Big Game Resort and Marina on North Bimini. You can fly into Bimini Airport (BIM) on South Bimini and take a water taxi to the marina, or you can arrive at the resort via boat, seaplane or helicopter. We highly recommend a scenic seaplane flight from Florida aboard Tropic Airways. It’s possible to fly from Florida in the morning, shark dive and return to Florida by evening.
