Outside of work, Steve finds joy in family life, cycling with friends, and serving as a Deacon. He credits these interests with informing his grounded leadership and caring professional presence. Lisa’s path into the profession was unmistakably personal. After experiencing profound family losses, she stepped into funeral arrangements to support her grieving family. It wasa moment that led to a meaningful calling rather than a job. Her dedication to empathy and detail was shaped by that early experience and further cultivated by her first mentor, Buddy Amedee, who taught her the importance of both efficient systems and personal connection. Today, Lisa remains devoted to ensuring every family feels understood, supported, and honored.
