Bookings must be confirmed with a purchase order prior to the commencement of the programme. Payments can be made by cash, BACS or can be invoiced upon completion of the programme as per our terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY In-Comm Training reserve the right to cancel or postpone undersubscribed courses. However, customers will be given at least 7-days notice prior to the planned programme commencement date.

We will endeavour to re-arrange the postponed courses to the earliest date possible.

Customer cancellations are accepted without charge up to 7-days prior to the commencement of the programme. However, as per our terms of conditions, any cancellations being made within the 7-day period our cancellation fee structure applies unless agreed by a member of the In-Comm management team: • Below 7 days of the programme start date - 25% of the course fee • 24 hours or less of the programme start date - Full amount of the course
