Coxel is effective against gram +ve & gram -ve infections, Amoxycillin offers synergistic action. Cloxacillin Potentiates the antibacterial spectrum of Amoxycillin by inhibiting the beta-lactamase. It is highly effective in Mastitis caused by Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, E.Coli, Corynebacterium pyogenes.
Composition: 2 gms ( Amoxycillin 1 gm + Cloxacillin 1 gm
3.5 gm ( Amoxycillian 1.75 gm + Cloxacillin 1.75 gm)
4.5 gm ( Amoxycillin 2.25 gm + Cloxacillin 2.25) available.
