Ventilation Unit for AUSTROMAT™ 220
The AUSTROMAT™ 220 is equipped with a vacuum firing chamber. A ventilation unit is required to operate the furnace with an optional vacuum pump. This ventilation unit has been redesigned. From July 1st, 2023, it will be additionally equipped with a pressure gauge. The pressure gauge is connected to the vacuum chamber. The analogue display of the manometer allows a permanent reading of the actual vacuum inside the firing chamber.
Despite the increased functionality, we have managed to keep the price of the ventilation unit stable.

Every AUSTROMAT™ 220 can be retrofitted for vacuum operation. All you need is the ventilation unit and a vacuum pump. Please comply to our technical specifications for a suitable vacuum pump. Unfortunately, DEKEMA cannot provide any technical or application support if the furnace is operated with a vacuum pump from another manufacturer.

FromJanuary 1, 2023, all AUSTROMAT™ 220units willbedelivered with an extended range of functions, recognizable by the new software version c001.003.000, or c01.03 for short.
The furnace has been extended by an additional heating ramp and a holding time during the heating phase. A delayed vacuum switch-on point with an upstream holdingtime without vacuum can also be programmed through this intermediate stage, which, according to the manufacturer, significantly simplifies the processing of structural compounds in particular.
