Who wants an inbox full of spam or irrelevant offers? An effective lead magnet will do wonders for your prospecting efforts.

What Is a Lead Magnet?

A lead magnet is a marketing tool that generates leads by offering a long-form resource in exchange for a prospect’s contact information. Lead magnets can take the form of ebooks, whitepapers, templates, and similar downloadable assets. A lead magnet compels your site visitors to exchange information, such as their email address for access. This can be a piece of content such as a whitepaper, ebook, or newsletter.
