The structure of the homes in this residential development will comprise reinforced concrete columns, with waffle slabs using permanent void formers and solid reinforced concrete slabs in both porch and terrace areas.
FOUNDATIONS & STRUCTURE
The interior staircases are constructed with reinforced concrete slabs, in full compliance with current regulations. The installation of an earthing system is also planned.
The roof is flat and accessible in the solarium area, with falls formed using lightweight aggregate concrete (expanded clay).
