CARPENTRY

PLUMBING The interior plumbing installation for cold and hot water will use cross-linked polyethylene pipes, with insulation on the hot water pipes and shut-off valves in each wet room.

DRAINAGE The downpipes and drainage network of the homes will be made of PVC. All fixtures will have individual traps or accessible siphon traps.

VENTILATION The ventilation of the rooms will be carried out mechanically, with an extraction system in wet rooms. A network of ducts will extract stale air from bathrooms and kitchen, while fresh air will enter dry rooms through air inlets or grilles installed in the window frames. A separate duct will be installed for all kitchen extractor hoods, running up to the roof.

ELECTRICITY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS The electrical installation will be designed with a high degree of electrification, meeting current demand and allowing for future expansion of systems or technologies.
