How does it work?

• Immobilium Umbrella charges up to 2.5% fee for platform use + any other third party fees involved in the transaction. • Discounts apply for IMB coin holders. All fees are communicated transparently and upfront prior to transaction execution. How much does it cost to use? IMMOBILIUM UMBRELLA 2,5
How can I start using Umbrella?
• Send us an email to info@immobilium.io with subject line “4 Umbrella” with basic information what kind of asset you would like to sell through the platform and we start from there.
• Even though transactions are automated, you may request and will be granted a Transaction Manager to follow through the process and
communicate with parties involved.
• Please note that you will be both required to pass KYC and AML checks in order to use our infrastructure for the transaction and that Immobilium reserves right to refuse transactions which do not meet our compliance and regulatory criteria for transactions.
