Hr NETWORK National Awards 2021:
The countdown is on!
By Teresa Flannigan
With the hugely exciting prospect of lockdown restrictions being fully lifted by the end of July, the organisers of the Hr NETWORK National Awards 2021 in partnership with Roffey Park Institute, are putting down solid foundations for hosting what promises to be the biggest and the best Awards Gala Dinner in 14 years.
Nomination’s for this years’ Awards are now closed and the Judges will begin the thorough and extensive process of selecting a shortlist of finalists from the many nominations received this year. Also being considered in the Judging process this year are all the nominations that Hr NETWORK received last year, before things were put on hold due to the Coronavirus. Over the past 14 months, HR and people professionals have worked tirelessly, managing and refining an ever changing sea of policy and procedure changes, sometimes on a daily basis, as they looked to mitigate the impact of COVID-19, on a scale never seen before. With 16 awards categories this year, the Awards will RECOGNISE, ACKNOWLEDGE & REWARD a wide range of people, projects and organisations who deserve recognition for the incredible work during this unprecedented and extremely challenging period. With hugely increased optimism for the Dinner taking place in November, table sales for this year’s awards are in extremely high demand and organisations wishing to host a table of 10, are strongly advised to secure their table as soon as possible. The winners will be announced at the annual Hr NETWORK Awards Gala Dinner taking place at the hugely impressive Glasgow Hilton on Thursday 25th November 2021.
