 Main Services (Http://Www.Totalphysiomv.Com/Home/Our-Services/#All) Following a thorough assessment with a physiotherapist, including using real‐time ultrasound to assess your abdominal muscle strength, we discuss the best Pilates program for you. We offer small classes and personalised programs both in mat and equipment Pilates that suit you and your needs.

This traditional exercise program has been combined with physiotherapy evidence‐based knowledge to devise our Clinical Pilates program.

MAT PILATES CLASSES Our 1 hour mat classes have a maximum of five participants per class and run concurrently with the school term (10wks). These classes encompass a combination of mat exercises and the use of Pilates props (e.g. Swiss balls, foam rollers, rings and therabands).

Mat Pilates Beginner and advanced classes, focus on core stability and postural strengthening exercises.

Circuit Pilates Suited to anyone who has already done mat or equipment Pilates. Rotate between mat, reformer and Pilates prop exercises.

Junior Pilates Suited to young teenagers in need of postural re‐training and improved core strength, balance and flexibility.

We focus on injury prevention for the adolescent spine and improved sports performance.

EQUIPMENT PILATES CLASSES Our equipment Pilates class is ideal for injury rehabilitation where more specific exercise prescription is required.

Our equipment Pilates studio consists of a reformer, trapeze table and split chair box and Pilates arc.

Individual Programs We offer one‐on‐one sessions with a qualified clinical physiotherapist to address specific needs. 30min or 1 hr sessions are available.

Semi‐Private Programs We offer 1 hr continuation of your individual program, with a maximum of 3 clients per instructor.

A rebate is available for clinical Pilates on most private health funds. Please check with your fund to determine your full rebate amount.
