Kerry Stewart – Customer Service
Hi, my name is Kerry Stewart and I am a customer service representative.

I’ve been with the company for 2 years now, completely new to the bathroom industry before this time. I previously worked for a media company for 3 years before joining Imex.


My role is specifically order management and to keep customers updated with the status of their orders.
I also assist with a variety of customer service questions and tasks that may arise,

“Hello there, I’m Jonny and I was recently appointed to the Customer Service team. It has been an incredible honour to be given the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated and hard working team.

Prior to working for Imex, for the previous seven years I have been a primary school teacher for children with learning difficulties and additional needs. I worked with children from all ages helping to support them in their day to day activities and teaching their core subjects in alternative learning previsions.

The first recorded use of toilet paper was in 6th Century China. By the 14th Century, the Chinese government was mass-producing it. It wasn’t until 1935 that a manufacturer was able to promise Splinter-Free Toilet Paper.

The first toilet paper was developed in England in 1880 and sold not on a roll but as individual sheets in a box.


The Scot Paper Company was the first to manufacture toilet paper on a roll, in 1890.
The average toilet roll now has 333 sheets.
The average person uses 100 rolls of toilet paper per year (over 20,000 sheets).

I really enjoy working within a hard working team and enjoy speaking to all our partners. Fun fact about myself: I was born in South Africa and lived abroad for the first few years of my life.
I moved to Crowborough from Sevenoaks about 12 years ago and enjoy long walks in the countryside and heading to Brighton on a sunny day.

Some of my interests include watching movies, playing video games and tending for my reptiles.
I have had 5 different breeds of reptiles and amphibians: A bearded dragon named Jub Jub, a royal python called Calvin, a panther chameleon named Carmen and two red eyed green tree frogs named Webster McRibbit and Kormit.
