Imex Autumn Update

Dear Imex partners, friends and colleagues. It’s been a very busy year and as always we thank you for your continued support.

Our Autumn Premiercast Brochure and Product launch including the new Imex Cast Bath offering, has started better than we could ever of imagined. The Imex Cast Baths are significantly up-spec’d from our previous Imex Bath offering. Due to our ongoing investment at our Global Manufacturing facility, we are delighted to announce that the new Imex Cast Range of Baths carry a significant price reduction compared to the previous offering across most key selling products. In addition to this advantage we have also applied extra reinforcement, full encapsulation, and a new improved bath leg system. We are working hard to improve the quality of every recently acquired product, enhance designs and structure a competitive retail price, whilst offering healthy margins for our retailers.

We have held all prices since our May 2022 Imex Brochure but have recently launched the New Premiercast brochure so our partners can benefit from the offering before our next complete Imex brochure is released. The Premiercast Brochure

Due to recent logistics investment, we will be announcing by Christmas an expansion to our own van delivery area, improvements to our order cut off times and quicker deliveries. All Imex cistern fittings are set at 6/3 litre flushing capacity, but with an eye on the environment, WCs with the Imex ‘Eco’ flush means you can use as little as 4/2.6 litres when flushing, without compromising the effectiveness of the flush.

What is The Virtual Showroom?

The Imex Virtual Showroom Experience is a very exciting tool for our Sales Team, our Partners and for their customers, to assist in bringing a bathroom design idea from concept to reality. When entering our virtual environment on any smart device, you will be able explore our stunning collection of Imex Elements products for 2022.

Within our Virtual Showroom, you will also be able to find additional information about the products including images, technical line drawings, and a product QR code.

QR Code… what does this do?

You can scan the QR code using a separate smart device camera; your phone/tablet will then display a 3D model of the product with a 360° view. You will see an ‘AR’ logo in the top right of this product image, click this ‘AR’ logo and the product will then be in your own room!

“Hi, my name is Jodie Grant, and I am the Head of Customer Service here at Imex Ceramic UK.

I have been with the company over a year and not entirely new to the bathroom industry, as I had previously worked at Aqualisa Showers for four years before this role.

My role is looking after the Customer Service and Aftersales team here at our East Sussex head office, whom you may all be familiar with and have spoken to at some point.

Premiercast baths are the ultimate premium bath. Hand finished in the UK to the most exacting of standards; they are durable, strong and with a reasurring substaintial weight, are perfect for all bathrooms. Regardless of bath style chosen each bath is reinforced with extra rigidity, meaning the bath will not ‘flex’ when you step in.

The Ultimate Premium reinforced acrylic bath

All Imex Premiercast baths are constructed by hand, we first form the bath from high quality 5mm acrylic, then add a full timber supporting frame to both the base of the bath and the underside of the rim. This creates a strong base to then apply by hand, 7 layers of fibreglass core matting. Between each layer we apply a resin bonding adhesive which, when dry creates a super strong encapsulated bonded core. Finally the bath is coated with a mix of resin and blue paint, which provides a smooth and super strength final bonded surface.

All Imex Cast baths are constructed by both hand and automated processes, for efficiency and speed.
