IRON WORKERS

At Image Pointe, the work we do has always been about more than products. It is about creating opportunity and serving unions with excellence. What began in 1977 with a single manual press in a borrowed garage has grown into a company rooted in a simple belief: work should be meaningful, people should be respected, and opportunity should be real.

This spring and summer lookbook reflects what happens when craftsmanship is guided by mission and fueled by purpose. Our mission is clear—to create dignified, life-changing jobs. Every garment produced in our facility passes through the hands of skilled union members who take pride in their craft and in the unions they serve.

As our commitment to union labor has grown, so has our investment in American manufacturing. Image Pointe expanded that commitment with the launch of Dignity Apparel, a brand created to help rebuild union textile manufacturing in the United States. Dignity Apparel produces the only union-knit fabric in the country and operates one of the few remaining union cut-and-sew apparel shops in America. Through this work, we are helping restore an important part of the American textile industry while ensuring the garments unions wear are made with the same dignity, respect, and craftsmanship they represent.

While clothing manufacturing and apparel decoration remains central to what we do, our mission extends beyond our own production floor. We curate and provide hundreds of guaranteed high-quality, 100 percent Union/USA made products to support unions at every level and factories across the country. Each item is carefully selected to meet the same standards we hold ourselves to, giving unions confidence in every order. From national conventions and large gatherings to everyday local representation, we help equip unions with products that reflect their strength, solidarity, and pride.
