A few years ago our team at Image Pointe went through the process of defining our values. While we all agreed that Image Pointe is so much more than just a company, it was actually quite challenging to distill “what we care about most” and “who we want to be” into just a few simple words! Ultimately we agreed upon the values you see below, and indeed we feel these are the most important ideals to strive for as we do our work and serve you—our customers.

This year, as in years past, we challenge you to hold us accountable to these values as you interact with our team and our products.

As we thought about this more this year, we realized that something was missing. In the industry we’re often called a “union printer” because it’s the simplest way to describe what we do. We are a union shop selling USA/union-made products printed and embroidered with union labor, and products printed in our shop will ALWAYS have a union bug! We are proud of this. But ultimately that doesn’t capture what we really do for our union customers.

That’s because if we’re successful in providing excellent union-made products, our real goal should be to make you successful in what you use our products to do. To campaign, organize, and increase solidarity among your members. To fight for fair wages, good benefits, and improved working conditions. To create workplaces and job sites where hard-working men and women can hold their heads up and work with dignity across this amazing country that we are blessed to live in. This year Image Pointe celebrates over 40 years as a union shop, and we also are committed to creating a workplace where our employees can work with dignity. So starting in 2020, we are proud to add this to our list of company values. We hope this resonates with you, and we invite your feedback.
